Tina and Bre are angels! My mother had a massive stroke with brain bleed and I have traveled here from 2.5 hours away. I have been up caring for her for a straight 36 hours. Tina and Bre immediately took care of all my needs and even gave me toiletries that I had forgotten in my haste to leave for the hospital. I will be forever grateful for their genuine compassion and hospitality!

WORST HOTEL OVER!!!!! Got there at around 8 and saw the not responsible for thievery sign. Already given a bad feeling, we continued, hoping there was atleast a running hot tub, disappointment again. The couch bed mattress was thin and we barely got any sleep. At breakfast an employee yelled at a nine year old WITH GLASSES for not being able to see a pair of tongs that were practically hidden behind the case. The toaster only cooked one side of the bread and a label on the drinks had been peeled off so there was no telling what it was! Employees smoked by the front door and the employee working the front desk decided to help a lady check in rather than my siblings who had there hands filled with product from there market after the lady had told him to help my sisters first. My mom pays good money for these hotels and so far it was the worst stay ever! Don't recommend! There was hair in our shower that was not ours? Knowingly the housekeeping doesn't even visit these rooms often! The T.V. barely even worked. Definitely not worth the 230 dollars that we had to pay.

Bypass this one. At first appearance this seemed like an upscale budget experience. My room was large and well appointed with a couch and king bed. But then the night came. Loud hallways, paper thin walls between rooms. Having a longer business stay I noticed coffee spills in the elevator floors lingered for days on end. Sticky floors and overflowing trash cans inside and out. I’d arrive after my workday to find the some of the staff out front of the building on a bench or sitting in their car smoking weed. Twice I called to have the HVAC looked at as it worked only to blazing hot temps or freezing temps. Both times I was told it was fixed, neither time was it actually fixed. The front counter was often left unattended. It felt at times like there was only one employee in the whole building, but rarely were they easy to locate. Whoever franchised this place does not care about the customer experience. Over a 2 week period my room was cleaned zero times. Only one time in that period was I provided new towels and trash removed, but otherwise I was responsible to do the cleaning for them. The area itself seemed to be a nice place to stay, but just not here.

Needing A Shower But No Running Water. NO RUNNING WATER in TUB/SHOWER. Checked in on Friday 3-8-24 late and straight to bed. Next morning at 5:30 a.m. went to take a shower and to my surprise NO RUNNING WATER IN THE TUB/SHOWER. Changing rooms at this hour of the morning was out of the question. I had an appointment to be at. As I checked out I explained the issues and asked for some type of a credit. The clerk said only Kirk Harrison the Owner/Manger could do that and he wasn't there. I left my contact information for Mr. Harrison. As of this review I still HAVEN"T spoken to him. I called several times and get the standard excuse that he is out of the building at a meeting. I have been a member of the Holiday Inn Priority Club for 27 years and NEVER experience this situation and that the fact the owner/manger is afraid to speak to a customer. Ready POOR WAY to run a business. After reading the other reviews I realize what I'm dealing with. How is sad it that no one in housekeeping reported this issues when the clean the room in the pass. I don't know how IHG Hotels allow Mr. Harrison to operate under their brand. It's an disgrace. Oh, by the way I PAID $236.85 for this wonderful experience. I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. TRAVLER BEWARE!!!

Bed bug infestation. Seemed very clean. Then, I realized the next morning it was to hide their bed bug infestation. As we killed the ones we saw, blood pops out everywhere. This is probably where the blood stains that the other review mentioned came from.
