No Hot water & Plumber Bang pipes & sawed wall all day Staff very very friendly,Beds are the best & most comfortable!! But the staff lacks experience or the know to handle,resolve & solve pronlems or issues!! No applogies,immediate change if rpoms,No discount,comps,just an "oh" & the staff will report it to whatever person or dept. No Hot water & Plumber Bang pipes & sawed wall all day behind the room I was moved to the next day after taking a cold shower the previous nite before work & the next day!! I waited for maintenance to come the next day after my nite rotation.. after 2hours I saw a man that had been walking around cleaning lot & doing other things ..I stopped him only to find put he was the one that was suppose to come to our room when he got to work at 6a.m. to resolve the hot water issue.. this was after 8a.m. when I approached him.. I feel as tho me not having hot water was priority over picking up paper. Since I paid $246.00 + for 3nites!! Then he comes in checks states he needs to go get a screwdriver. What & How does a screwdriver & set fix hot water the problem is mot im the room shower but hot water tank,pipes.. sum smart body finally thought &decided to move us which the maintenance man stated he would assist us since he waited so long & all our inconvenience.. Oh chile he disappeared. When we were all moved he comes peeping by & we stated he wasnt very apt at keeping his word..he got slick rude & very smart mouthed..but we let him have that moment he old & just there to say they have maintenance.. I was up all day!! The banging on the wall directly behind the room after we were moved by im assuming the plumber. I was finally able to take a shower..hot shower & the water was cut off on me twice once while soaped up & when we contacted desk the manager stated she had no idea,no knowledge of what goes on out on grounds they don't tell her anything ..whheeeet??but she will check into it..my husband bless him went around there & talked w/them personally to turn water back on as I was in shower soaped up.. the entire stay was disastrous..A simple apology would have sufficed or a discount off next stay.. I mean use the customer service skills L.A.ST. LISTEN,APPLOGIZE,SATISFY,THANK.. The next stay I want across to super 8..dont they have roaches & the bed covers & bed skirts don't appear to be changed since they opened ages ago.. they did come apologize immediately change bed skirts covers & change our room..These hotels need to step it up,For people that travel work.Sincere Customer service

Terrible Hotel There was black mold in the bathroom, cod webs in the actual room, and the towels and bedding were dirty. The pool was dirty, and random children were in there with no parents. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Do NOT stay here! Awful, unclean, property not maintained. We requested non-smoking suite, the room was filled with a smoke smell, as well as, cigarette burn in the sofa. The room did not look anything like the pictures online when we booked. The hotel tried to put us in a different room but it was no better. One room literally had a large open hole in the wall where the AC unit should have been! Awful, awful experience. I do NOT recommend!

Gross, stinky, rusty, room Friendly staff, but the property is in terrible condition. Rusty bathroom fixtures, the room stinks (smells like cigarette smoke, booty, and old), it’s really gross, and I had to keep getting my key reprogrammed because it consistently stopped working. I would definitely not stay there again.

Dirty! The bathroom was dirty! The guest room appeared ok until we were awaken by roaches crawling across the bed. Horrible experience! We left in the middle of the night after the roach encounter! The night staff was accommodating and understanding but we will never stay at another Days Inn.
