A decent and convenient place to stay I stayed here twice traveling cross-country and back. The staff at check-in/out were professional and friendly. The room was acceptable. The rug outside of it looked stained like water damage had occurred, maybe some in the room at some point, but also looks like they've been taking care of issues. The bed and boxspring were both 'wrapped' in something preventing bedbugs from getting on them. I looked and definitely saw nothing, so the wrapping seems to work in case someone shows up with them. The room looked dated, chairs were stained my first stay, but were fine the second time. The AC was loud in the first room, making it tough to sleep, but fine the second time. The beds were very comfy and they had good pillows both times. The rooms do surround some courtyard, but I've stayed at other places like that, and I had no issues with any noise. The breakfast consisted of waffles, breads/bagels, eggs, sausage, juices, coffee - it was pretty good and filling for the road. The 2nd time staying there we tried the restaurant - getting a 10% discount since we were guests. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. I'll mention in my review of the restaurant. Overall, I think I'd stay here again. It was convenient, staff friendly, beds comfy, food decent.

Insane open-air event space makes sleep impossible until 11 pm I rarely write reviews, especially not negative reviews, and especially not when all the staff are kind and courteous (which they were here!) But the set-up of this hotel is bonkers. The main "event venue" is an open air atrium with all the rooms set around the atrium. The rooms all have large glass windows, facing the atrium. So this means the only thing separating you from the "events" (a wedding, in our case) is a thin plate of glass. We were told there was a wedding going on when we checked in, and I thought nothing of it, because every hotel I've ever been to has an event space with walls. Insulated walls. But in this case, you are effectively part of the wedding, where music was blaring so loud it literally vibrates the rooms. (I don't begrudge the wedding party - congrats to them!) But why on earth would you combine an open-air event space with an off-the-turnpike hotel where many guests - including your truly - are just looking for a place to crash after a long day on the road with their families? And if you are going to do that, I think it should be more explicitly explained to guests that without ear plugs and/or sleeping pills, there is *zero* chance of sleeping until 11 pm (when they do, in fact, enforce quiet hours.) I would have paid more to put my road weary 3-year old to bed before 11 pm! If you're a late night owl, the hotel seemed pretty fine otherwise. But if you want anyone in your crew to sleep before 11 pm, go elsewhere.

Dump This place is a dump. Stayed here 5 nights a week for work. They don’t clean the room any while we are here. Literally took our towels and trash and laid outside by the door and they just picked them up and didn’t give us any back. Holiday inn across the road is only a few dollars more a night and is way nicer. Gonna stay there from now on.

Not the best set of for a quiet nights sleep Nice, friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Our first room the TV didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. We had a suite overlooking the atrium. It sounds like it would be nice, but there are loud people in there, it echoes and loud doors slam all day and night. I wouldn’t recommend these rooms if you prefer quiet. Overall it was a decent stay in a comfortable room. I'm just glad it was a Sunday night we stayed and not a Friday or Saturday night. I'm sure they have events like weddings etc. down there and they would be quite loud with people and music all night long.

Woke Up To White Nationalism with My Breakfast Nothing ruins my day quite like a place airing Fox News to the dozens of families eating their breakfast, whether they want it or not. When mass shootings are regularly and publicly taking their stances from their talking heads, it’s a horrible experience for those who’s lived through them to have to sit through that. Unacceptable. Won’t be returning, and will be avoiding the chain for lack of standards.
