No pool - but advertised one. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and had a nice view with full length glass windows. The location is excellent for getting about the downtown, despite the lack of working roads. However we specifically booked the Omni because they advertised a pool. (And still do on their web-site.) But the pool is closed and it is clear if you go to the pool floor it isn;t just closed for a day or 2. So beware if the pool is what lures you to book the Omni.

Fantastic location Nicely appointed spacious room and bathroom in the heart of downtown Montreal. Quiet and clean. Of the places I have stayed this is my favorite and the price on travel sites was good.

Staff is amazing!!! We were staying for a few days at this hotel for our tour of Canada. Montreal is one of the friendliest cities I have ever encountered. The Hotel Omni Mount-Royal is no exception. The staff is amazing. The room was spacious and clean. One of the best reasons to stay in an Omni is their beds. They are very comfortable, and this hotel had the same comfortable beds. It is also near many of Montreal’s attractions. It was lovely to wind down the evening at the elegant bar and their breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, the pool was being restored and was not available and the hotel itself could use a little Omni love. The staff, however, made up for it with their amazing welcoming and friendly service.
