What a beautiful home away from home! This is not just a hotel but an experience you will never forget. The proprietor was a gift for us as he made us feel like we were family. The rooms were spectacular, the food fabulous and the unique furnishings were like stepping into a museum. We spent 3 wonderful nights and enjoyed every part of the beautiful home. When we left, it was a sad departure as we were treated like family.

Romantic, elegant and unique I stayed here to celebrate my birthday while on vacation with my husband in Montreal. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and unique. Our room was huge and full of stunning antiques with aristocratic charm. And despite the fact that is was freezing outside, our room was warm and comfortable. The rest of the hotel is fascinating and full of drawing rooms and reading rooms and an excellent restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast that was included in the price of our room. I would stay here again anytime.

Like a castle from a Fairy Tale If you have the opportunity to stay while in Montreal this is a great hotel to base your visit from. The staff were very hospitable and the building itself is gorgeous. Breakfast is so delicious, plan to have plenty of time to enjoy it in the morning.

Visit Montreal Beautiful historic place to check out! As an Architect I loved the wonderful diverse and well balanced spaces, given a very old structure. You have to check out the access to the roof, as well. It resembles a greenhouse with a lot of charm. Could not get a reservation in time, so did not dine there, unfortunately... Hope you will and tell the story
