Their check in time is at 3:00pm but we got there very early in the morning and they helped us accommodate The hotel is super clean. I definitely would stay again in this hotel.

Nice spot, read different reviews. The place is relly nice, I like it it is quiet in the inside, you need to know (and understand) that is an old palace, rooms are good, service is ok , by the Cathedral. Now, restaurant is ok, good food and place, prices maybe little high for Mexicans, cheap for USD o €,

Claustrophobic and overpriced Disappointing hotel. Great location and the terrace is cool. But the rooms are claustrophobic. No windows. No ventilation just an overhead fan. Basic furnishing. Not even a chair despite the large room. Mattress hard. Give the rooms a pass and enjoy the terrace. They desperately need to upgrade the furnishings and decor. Overpriced.

So-So The good: Beautiful old hotel across the street from cathedral. Breakfast in restaurant (not included in cost of room) was good. Restaurant views were nice. The bad: Bad funky smell coming from bathroom. A bit noisy until late. Room was small. Not worth the price.
