Beautiful view and great food We always go back to this hotel mainly because of the amazing views of the city, the beautiful grounds and the restaurant. The food is one of the best in Morelia at affordable prices and the waiters are always welcoming and friendly. They always make us feel like home. The rooms are rustic and nice, nothing fancy but we like the style. We just wish they'd let us use the fireplace during winter. Can't wait to be back!

Fallen Giant The hotel is not clean for covid times.the handles and switches are dirty, my lysol wipe came out dirty, we booked a handicapped room and a suite with 2 rooms, in the suite one of the rooms has no heat and I slept with a jacket to avoid the cold weather, the vent in the bathroom is always open so the air gets to you. The reception area claims that they don't know what is a stand for suitcases, then I found one in the other room and they confessed they ran out of them. The security box does not work, the bell boy came twice and they did not get it to work.

Rustic charm This is a beautiful rustic well maintained hotel. Amazing views of the city. Restaurant was amazing as well. Everything is very well kept, clean, and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend. There’s also plenty of parking in case you have a rental car.

Nice grounds, awesome restaurant, hotel not so much The hotel is situated in the hills above Morelia, so the views are awesome. The grounds are pretty and well kept, as is the overall property. We enjoyed the food and had wonderful service. The only disappointing part was the quality of the rooms (we had two). The furniture was old and very worn, the beds were not that comfortable and the rooms smelled musty. They were clean but the furniture has seen better decades. Additionally, the internet did not work in the rooms. Overall, for the price, you can't go wrong but I was just disappointed...3 star accomodations at best
