Serious lack of pride of ownership/management Common areas are filthy. Needs carpets vacuumed & shampooing and cobwebs and windows cleaned. Rooms were better but still below average. Breakfast for 3 days was sausage, 1 cold cereal, coffee, watered down juice, white bread and waffles. Blow dryer and phone broken, tub drain clogged & mgmt come off as rude but I think it’s just their personalities. Seems to be family run. Outside doors propped open day and night with floor mats (safety risk). Microwave plugin wouldn’t work so I had to move it to use it. But I put it back _ only paid $267 for three nights so that was good and it was directly across the street from the soccer fields that our training was at. So that was convenient. Probably would not stay here again.

Kids There is kids in the hall screaming 24/7 its is 11:30 pm rn and still after reporting it in they are still at it it is dirty and the kids are always here tear this place down it is crazy to me that front office doesnt help with the kids the floors smell like dirt wich i dont mind im a worker but cant even get a proper night sleep

Gotham Vibe - crime element I wish I could give it less than a 1 ! Do not stay here. It felt dirty / crime, riddled / and I’m not sure my car would have been safe . I left before even taking luggage out of the car Homeless looking people living in the back parking lot , window didn’t shut , filthy floors , piles of beer cans in parking lot , weeds knee high , a two inch gap between door and floor . how long it also looks like they have some long term resident staying there

Certainly not a "quality" experience for me and my traveling companions. The reception staff were sullen, seemed to have trouble making eye contact and were neither particularly hospitable nor helpful. There was no water in the hot pool and no explanation as to why that was. Our room had no washcloths or bathmat. It took 45 min to have these items delivered after I'd called the front desk to request them. The bathtub was not very clean; there was residue on the rim of the tub. There was no wi-fi. When we complained about that to the front desk, we were told that they were working on the problem. It was never resolved, however. There was a broken window that overlooked the pool/courtyard in the room my traveling companions/family members were given. Their bathtub was also not clean and had hair in it. After looking at an alternate room because the broken window was unnerving, that alternate room had a previous tenant's underwear (child's) hanging on the shower rod. This Quality Inn broke the chain's promise to provide a comfortable stay as stated on Quality Inn's website and in the room's guest-information booklet. Unfortunately, every Quality Inn I pass by now in my travels is besmirched by this experience.

This hotel is a joke and not trustworthy. This company is not trustworthy. I still can’t believe what Just happen to my family and my friend’s family tonight. 9PM, 2 families with 2 9 years old kid, was told your reservation means nothing, and the room we reserved got sold to someone else. The explanation I got is “you have a reservation, there were no room assign to you, so technically you don’t have a room. We are accepting booking from different website, and those website does not know you have a reservation, so they gave your room to someone else.” This is totally against their hotel policies. “Your room is guaranteed with a valid form of payment until 7 a.m. the morning after your arrival date. This ensures the hotel is holding your room in case of a late arrival. However, if your credit or debit card does not have funds available to pay for the room, the room is subject to cancellation. If you’re going to arrive late to your reservation, please notify the hotel directly.” In fact, this is a great example price gouging. Room price when up 100% because of the soccer tournament across the street, they just sold my room to a higher payee, and ask my family to sleep on the street when I put my trust on this company.
