Comfortable room but bad breakfast The room was comfortable and quiet and mostly clean (a few hairs in the bathroom). The breakfast was very disappointing, however - no healthy options, just sugary and/or fatty, processed foods. Mostly refined carbohydrates, no protein. No fresh fruit. Healthiest thing I could find was yogurt, but even that is high in sugar.

Scam Dirty manger!! After a round of tornados went by our area /power loss / even though they had no ways of communicating/ power lines down/ they refused to give me a refund for a service they couldn’t even provide. Completely took advantage of an unfortunate event in their own community . The worst of people run that place . Sad

not a good deal for the price The property is kind of rundown inside and needs updating badly. The breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly. For over $100, I expected a nicer room. For example, there were no blackout curtains and a parking lot light shone into my room at night. For over $100 in this area, I think there are probably nicer places nearby.

Do not recommend The issues with this hotel were almost comical, had it not been so sad and frustrating! 1-upon checking in, we discovered that our bathroom had not been cleaned, although the beds were made and the trashes emptied. Dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, hair clippings ALL over the bathroom counter (see pic) 2-the pool was un-usable! Water was so cloudy, you couldn’t see into the pool at all. 3-bathtub did not drain, which makes for a super pleasant experience when standing in shin deep water & the fact that the bathroom wasn’t clean made me wonder if I was standing in my own dirty water or the remnants of a past guest - EW!! 4-breakfast was a complete joke, each day the choices were different, but literally 1-2 things to choose from….waffles or toast 1 day, yogurt or muffins 1 day, etc. no coffee 1 morning! 5-broken ice machine on a 100 degree day 6-broken elevated on the day we were checking out-super fun to carry our belongings down the stairs! Also, just a suggestion-maybe don’t place the coffee maker directly next to the toilet! That’s just disgusting!

Quality Staff but accommodations need a bit of work The front desk staff was friendly and professional, these are five star people. The room however did not meet expectations. A bit of detail cleanup is needed from the lampshade dotted with food from a previous guest to a dirty mirror and rust stained sink drain, stained bed throw. The walls unfortunately had visible patch jobs where hand sized holes once were. A water stain lines the ceiling. Bathroom hook broken. Sink aeration broken, sensitive toilet flush. Lastly, the noise from water running in other guests bathroom showers can wake you from your sleep on the comfy bed. For the price it was not a good value. Again, the front desk staff are great and if the rooms can be spruced up it would be a gem.
