Nice quiet hotel. My wife and I stayed for one night. We checked in promptly , we asked for top floor, we received that accommodation. The only thing different about our room was the layout of the bed. The bed was facing the outlooking window. But it was not bad, just a different feel than other hotels. Maybe it was just our particular room. There is a Cracker Barrel literally 30 yards from the hotel, so you can walk there in less than 1 minute to eat dinner or breakfast. We would stay here again. Our room was clean, and again, it was quiet!

BEDBUGS!!! This hotel has bedbugs! Horrible service, would not compensate for having to relocate, nor cleaning! Do not stay unless you want to be infested. Terrible customer service!! Also the air conditioning only works in the rooms, not the lobby or the hallways.

Avoid Traveling to the hotel is littered with speed cameras and red light cameras. Every where you look there’s a camera and signs about them. Don’t not make you feel like it’s a good neighborhood. The hotel is under construction, one cannot access the hotel through the temporary front door as it’s locked. Staff states they do not know where the key is. Dave sometime as knocking at the door doesn’t get anyone’s attention. I stood in the rain and called the hotel from the parking lot asking for access through the temporary front door. Signs of water leaks and visual signs of water coming out of electrical outlets in the room. No parking available as it’s all taken up by construction. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

The Sign OutFront Says the Best in Morristown The Sign OutFront Says the Best Hotel in Morristown. That might very well be true. The best part of the hotel is not the rooms(very large), the breakfast(quite good, but typical), staff(very friendly & helpful), but the interior furnishings of the entrance hall and reception area(see the pics). This hotel reminds me of some of the great old ladies of hotels, say, the Read House in Chattanooga, the Savoy in London etc. Very comfortable and very classy.

Great Hotel Nice quiet and very clean hotel. Great complimentary breakfast! No issues, stayed 4 days and will stay again when I’m in town. There are plenty of food options near the hotel from fast food to restaurants.
