Roc is the best! This was a great experience all the way around. Roc went above and beyond to make sure I felt as if I were staying with family. This will be the only hotel I will stay at when visiting. _ I have a later flight, and he made sure I was taken care of. Roc is the best!

Disappointed As a frequent Hilton customer, I stay in many hotels. I definitely would not stay here again. The rooms are not clean and are badly in need of renovation. The lobby looks great, but after that when you arrive to your room, you can see the difference.

The Worst HGI This is one of the worst Hilton Garden Inn hotels that I have stayed at. The hotel is so unkept and in need of renovations. The carpet in the elevators, rooms, and hallways is filthy. The rooms are musty and the furniture is old with scratched wood. The buffet breakfast was the worst I have ever had with the food tasting as if it had been reheated from the day before. The bed was so uncomfortable. This HGI is not on par with the others.

Extremly Disappointed I reluctantly feel compelled to write this review, although I didn't initially plan to. The rooms were quite dirty, and I was particularly disgusted by unusual items hanging from the bathroom ceiling. Additionally, the bathroom plumbing seemed insecure and could potentially detach from the wall. The hallway carpets are heavily stained with bleach and likely need replacement. Overall, it appears that the hotel is overdue for renovations.

Our Place to Stay at RDU The property as been around a while and shows it. Hopefully it will be refurbished soon. That said, it's very convenient to the airport and has an excellent staff. A shout out to Carl at he front desk, Sean at the restauranr/bar and Roc on the shuttle. All are helpful and very friendly.
