Super friendly front desk staff Rebecca, the front desk attendant, saved the day for me. She reassured us that she would make the check in process very smooth, and she did! Kudos to Rebecca! She assured us on our way there that we would have an easy check in process and she lived up to her promise!

My place to stay when I fly out of RDU Courteous front desk. Everyone is respectful and polite. Clean comfy rooms. Efficiently shuttle service to airport, plus I can leave my car parked there while I’m gone (for a fee.). I always stay here when I fly out of RDU. When I read reviews where “the noise of the planes bothered me “ it cracks me up. It’s an airport hotel!!

Not so bad Perfectly serviceable near-the-airport motel-type hotel. They do breakfast and that is well run. The doors are badly scuffed from the service carts throughout, leading to a shabby overall feeling. Staff was friendly. Good room for getting some work done.

Basic hotel Hotel worked out well for my visit to Lenovo Center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. I had a baby next door. Also need soft closing doors as people just let them slam shut. You are on the airport flight path so you can hear flights intermittently during hours of operations

Never again I made reservations for two king rooms months in advance, one room for one night and the other room for two nights. I called the hotel shortly after making the reservations to request the rooms be connecting, I was told that far out the request could not be guaranteed, which I understood. I called back a week before the check in date, after the phone rang for 5+ minutes trying to reach the front desk at the hotel, I hung up and called the number for Wyndham reservations. The reservation agent I spoke with first told me that the hotel did not have connecting rooms, which was different from what I had been told by a front desk agent at the property. The Wyndham reservation agent put me on hold while she attempted to connect me to the property front desk, after several minutes, the agent came back on to tell me that I needed to call back the day of check in, annoying but ok. I called the property around noon the day of check in to be told that my request could not be guaranteed until check in time (3pm) as the rooms were still dirty. I explained I would be flying at that time and would be unable to call and could there please be a note put in regarding my request. I also put my friends name on both reservations so she could check in to both rooms as she would be arriving first. I arrived at the hotel around 4:15 to find that not only were the rooms not connecting, but they were on different floors. My friend was placed in a room with two queen beds instead of one king for 2 nights even though she was only staying one night and I had been placed in a king for one night. The agent who was checking me in was able to change my reservation to two nights, but my credit card was charged for two nights in each room, the 2nd night was refunded for my friends room that had been erroneously charged. When I got to my room, there was stains on the ceiling and the cabinet in front of the mini fridge was missing a door. Later the night after checking in, we returned around 11pm and the area directly outside my door and to the end of the hallway reeked of marijuana. I reported the smell, but the employee who came up to investigate said there was no smell. At 1:30 am I was woken up with people yelling in the hallway and doors slamming. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Needless to say, I will pick a different hotel next time I am in the area.
