Service, Friendly, comfortable, location The hotel is very clean and tidy, all furniture and bed are good condition. Service people are super friendly and helpful. Due to some schedule change, I have to end the stay in hotel earlier than I booked. Everything is handled smoothly and super friendly, in less than 2 hours, I got my money back. Really recommend this hotel. besides, the location is very close to RDU. And in the center of regional transit center, from which I can took a bus to Raleigh, Durham, Carry or Chapel hill within 30-40 minutes

Worst hotel experience ever. I had reserved Friday Oct 18th thru Booking.com. My husband and I came in early at 4am, so asked for a room expecting to add Thursday night to the reservation, but was told it was impossible and I needed to cancel my booking through Booking.com, they would waive the cancelation fee and then would then make the 2 day reservation. The following day, I left my husband and went to get my hair done for a wedding. My husband was in the hotel gravely ill from a medical condition. I received a call from him stating that the hotel staff person, and older man, was banging on the door saying we didn't pay. I immediately called and said I was getting my hair done and would be there to pay as soon as it was done. I explained what had happened and the young man at the desk at 4am must have made a mistake. The man on the phone got furious and told me he was now kicking us out because I had the audacity to blame the hotel. He further said to scare me that I wouldn't find another room anywhere else. He yelled at me loudly that I disrespected him, so he gave my room to someone else and it no longer existed. I sensed he was power hungry and needed me to show him a submissive woman. I had to leave my hair appt, where I was preparing for a wedding, to go to the hotel and cry, grovel and humiliated myself until he agreed to let me pay for the room and stay. He basked in my meekness as I cried, told him it was all my fault and begged his forgiveness and to let my ailing husband and me stay. He lectured me as I cried and apologized. Lectured me about my audacity to challenge him and that i should let my husband handle such things. When I arrived later that night after the wedding, the young man who had made the error was working. I explained what happened and how the error, and expressed how the way I was subsequently treated had put me thru significant emotional stress, and had ruined my vacation and the wedding experience I was there to attend. I told him that he had not booked the 2nd night after telling me to cancel it so that he could redo the reservation for 2 nights. He said he did nothing wrong and that I had only wanted 1 night. I reminded him that we had come in at 4am and asked to check in early for our reservation and would pay the entire Thursday night room rate for it along with Friday. Why would we have checked in at 4am just to check out at 11am? I told him that the lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior by him and the older gentlemen was very disturbing. I had a maid apologize to me AND the people in line behind me at the front desk (unprovoked or asked) told me they fully agreed with me and apologized for what he did. Yet, the young man STILL couldn't look me in the eye and apologize or say he did anything wrong. I was turned off by the hospital room environment of the rooms (bare floors and flourescent lights), but I might've been willing to stay in one again for the room rate. But one thing I won't put up with is threatening, sexist, power tripping behavior from out of control desk attendants, who look down at guests and have no sense of professionalism or kindness.

You get what you pay for We chose the Microtel in Raleigh, North Carolina because it was close to the airport and provided an airport shuttle. It took 40 minutes for the shuttle to come pick us up. There is no coffee in the rooms. The Breakfast was waffles, apples and vanilla yogurt. Only.
