I'm happy here We've been here various times over the years and just went again recently. It's a nice mid-level hotel with good rooms, good service, a great hot tub, complimentary breakfast in the morning, complimentary wine between 5 & 6 PM, and some complimentary snacks throughout the day. I'm happy here.

I'm happy here We've been here various times over the years and just went again recently. Pleasant Surprise Stayed here on a Wednesday and Thursday night. It is close to the highway and a few blocks off from the pier and restaurants. I upgraded to a top floor room that was large, clean, and quiet with a fireplace. I used the gym and laundry while I was there and everything was in working order. The front staff was friendly. The parking lot is a little small, but that is typical for CA and I drive a large truck. All in all worked out great and I would definitely book here again.

Non working heater I took my family to Masterpiece hotel and ended up paying $247 for a room with non working heater. Woke up to damp cold room. Felt like camping. To make matters worse Amy at front desk in the morning was rude and wouldn’t allow me to speak with manager.

Masterpiece Quiet and well-maintained, this is a very comfortable place to stay. We stayed during the covid 19 crisis and were confident in the cleanliness and extra measures by staff. Amber was especially accommodating and we will stay there again!

King room jacuzzi downstairs 110 Really like this place, location great and got a great winter rate. Wanted fireplace, jacuzzi, king bed and patio. Close to everything. Room was very clean and everything works. Great staff. Coffee pot in room. Breakfast good. I also had a glass of wine and cheese/crackers on arrival in lobby. We walked to dinner 3 minute walk. Parking was adequate. Definitely will stay again and recommend to friends.
