A better than expected option for a holiday stay. The hotel was so very clean and recently renovated. All staff including management were extremely attentive. The room layout was perfect for a longer stay. The location is close to local restaurants, shopping and has easy highway access.

Good stay for families traveling with toddlers. We just spent a four night stay at this location with my family of five (2 adults, 3 toddlers) this past Christmas break. Overall, it was a good stay and received as expected services similar to other Hyatt Place locations. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, the location was convenient, ample free parking, and a good breakfast selection and seating space. Recommend this location for families traveling in the Mt. Laurel area. Some minor issues we encountered and/or improvements for families to better the experience would be: 1) the in-room heating took time to heat up and blew cold air initially for 10-15 minutes, 2) brighter and more in-room lighting, especially in the bathroom and living room areas, 3) option to have an in-room microwave, 4) having a mini sink in the tea/coffee/ refrigerator area as a kitchenette like other Hyatt Place locations, 5) larger garbage bins, 6) larger night table with drawers in the bedroom would be helpful.

Love the bacon The rooms were large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff treated us well. The breakfast was great too, love the fresh eggs, bacon and potatoes. We enjoyed the fact that the staff treated us very well. This was a great stay for all of us and we will come back.

Amazing stay Awesome stay! Loved every second of it and the bed was so comfortable and the room was like a suite, I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place. They accommodated my Friends and Family as well and we were all happy Nd impressed with our rooms and the breakfast

Breakfast is Great but Lack of EV Charging is Not Breakfast is great. LOTS of options both hot and cold. Rooms are big, clean and modern. Lots of room to move around on. Staff is very nice and helpful. Need onsite EV charging. The overall experience would greatly increase if charging were available.
