Do not stay here Filthy, sheets not clean, falling apart, stinks. Do not stay here. We reserved 2 nonsmoking rooms, which they did not have. Did not honor reservation and gave away all nonsmoking rooms. Reserved 2 rooms for 5 days. We checked out. The only good news is we did not have to pay. Website is nothing like the reality.

Okay The wifi sucks it's not working at all they need to fix that but when i was upstairs months ago it was working but i don't understand why everytime when you book downstairs here the wifi don't work at all and it's super weak the room is fine it's just the wifi and maybe they should offer healthy free breakfast there no matter big or small should have it im not trying to justify nothing but it's the truth.

DISGUSTING OLD ROOMS & STAFF!! STAY AWAY!!!! After driving over 6 hours to get to this hotel, I asked one question & was immediately yelled at by man behind plexiglass telling me "no problem I can give you a refund....go someplace else..." trust me if I had another to go at such short notice I would have. Find my room & was not what I had requested, ask again for another room, yelled at again!! Telling me there sold out , which explains why they wanted me to leave plus there were at least 20 other keys made up sitting on countertop. Go back to room since clearly I wasn't going to get anywhere with this man who claims he was the manager which I doubt! Remote control didn't work & here comes the so called maintenance man, telling me to live with it, while hes turning off the ac & lights which i had just turned on. Bathroom has huge rusted hole which could get gangrene on, phone did not work, 30 yr old blanket was definitely not washed in between other guests, getting a couple hours sleep & I'm out of here. NEVER AGAIN HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN PERMANENTLY!! ANYPLACE WOULD BE NICER THAN THIS DUMP!!

Amazing that this is still up and running. The most horrible experience ever with a hotel ! Dirty rundown hotel. With non smoking rooms, sure ! Horrible smell of smoke. Stay away or stay here if you want to be grateful/ appreciate for all other hotels where you will stay after this one.

Should be Condemned India being the 2nd dirtiest country in the world , they are now our countries Inn Keepers . The lazy creeps are just raking in the money and not reinvesting any thing . The fire marshal should check the wiring . Sleep was unattainable . STAY CLEAR of this BOMBAY disaster .
