Just Average for a Westin We stayed here for a long weekend in June. The rooms are typical size and was clean. Breakfast was decent. Be warned you will take cold showers here as there was no hot water on any mornings of our stay. If you are looking for excellent service, see Ammel at the hotel restaurant and bar. Ammel took great care of us. Overall, not worth the money to take a cold shower in a standard room.

Where was Westin? Where was the bell hop? Where was the valet? Where was the trolly chart? Where was the hot water? Where were the towels? Where could we get food before 6pm? Where was the polite customer services? Just plainly said, where was Westin during this stay?

Very poor internet / wifi Stayed at the Westin Mt Laurel for business and discovered that they had very slow wifi throughout the entire hotel (1mbps) which made using Zoom and other software nearly impossible. When I inquired if they had an "enhanced" option, I was told no and that most guests just dealt with it - not professional and I expect better from Westin.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst Hotel EVER. Tried to plan an event and the Director of Catering, I think her name is Melanie was the WORSTTTTTTT. So obnoxious and pushy. I would never plan an event there. She even hit on my future husband.

A Flophouse Unfortunately I am condemmed by my company to stay here 2 weeks at the time for the next few month, possibly longer. This is by far the filthiest place with the worst maid service I had the displeasure of staying in. The first time I arrived, I had to use my pocket knife to scrape off toothpaste/lotion/(I hope it was just that) from around the sink. The second time my hand stuck to something on the desk (I hope it was just food remnants), the area around the sink was filthy again. The top of the dresser was not much better. Upon request the maid, which I caught in the hallway, "cleaned". I had to call her back, because it was still not clean.Not by far. She mentioned that the hotel "should give her better stuff to clean". I finally had my desk and area around the sink cleaned.Not the dresser. When it came time to service my room again (as agreed with my company), I had to request it for the next 3 consecutive days. Finally my bed was made.No sheet change.No wiping down of the desk or sink area . The next time the maid service was on time, the sink area was wiped, not the desk (where I have to eat, drink, etc. every night). No liner for the ice bucket, but that's not that big of a deal since the ice machine was not working since at least two weeks and probably will not be working for the forseeable future. Not all that impressed.
