Wonderful Stay Conveniently located across the bridge on Rt.17, connecting Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. Just off the main road in a quiet setting yet minutes from shopping, restaurants, Patriots Point and the USS Yorktown CV-10 aircraft carrier. Rooms are well maintained, quiet and most importantly, clean. Equipped with a mini 'fridge, microwave and the black out curtains help make your stay more restful. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of free parking in their lot. The area seemed safe, I didn't see loitering or shady behavior around the hotel or hear loud partying in the rooms. I spent 4 nights in October and was very pleased with everything. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Worst hotel ever This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Pictures showed it to be clean and nicely decorated. Should have left the minute we walked in but had a hard time booking anything for the time frame we needed. The girl at the front desk was rude. The hotel stunk so bad. When we got to the room it stunk even worse then the lobby. Everything was dirty. Carpet hadn’t been swept, toilet and shower were dirty. Just an over all bad experience. Don’t stay at this sleep inn in mt pleasant S.Carolina. I only did one star because -100 wasn’t an option

You can do better! Unbelievably disappointed. For being part of the ‘Choice’ group of hotels, and for the price, I was expecting much more. The room was gross - not clean at all! I get COVID restrictions but this was more than that. The area between the toilet tank and the toilet seat had hair on it, I squashed 3 small bugs, there was a cobweb in one corner, and a bobby-pin under the desk. This was a pet friendly room as I was originally supposed to bring my dog - he could’ve been hurt by that last one! And don’t even get me started on the pet policy (insert eye-roll here). The breakfast was total crap - my sister and I ended going to a Publix down the road for supplies. I think the only positives were the charging station on the night stand and the proximity of the place to where I needed to be.

Terrible and disgusting! Got to our room and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. I literally had to clean two nasty boogers off of the wall that my bed was against. Disgusting! The bathroom floor was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. The cabinet that the refrigerator and microwave sit on was so nasty that has never been cleaned. The corner of the cabinet was torn halfway off. Looked like an animal had been chewing on it. The mattresses weren’t even on the box springs straight. I had to put the mattresses on them to get in the bed. The toilet ran the whole 3 days we were there and the last night the toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for help and a man came to my door and handed me a plunger and never tried to help. I used every towel in there to clean it up. I understand Covid has messed people up, but to be lazy and not keep a room clean is absolutely ridiculous especially with the price of that nasty place. The pool area was so full of mosquitoes I couldn’t even sit out there with my grandkids and enjoy the pool. We were out there for 10 minutes and I was eaten up by mosquitoes. I thought it was a non-smoking hotel, but I guess not because I smelled a skunk the whole time I was there which I was told that it was marijuana and obviously no one cared. It was just awful! The only thing that was good there was the lady that gave us the breakfast which was not the best breakfast, but she was very helpful. I have been to several hotels since Covid and they still provide a very good breakfast and a hot breakfast and they actually serve you instead of you having to get a bag full of junk to eat. I was very disappointed in my stay and I will never stay there again!

HORRIBLE!!!!! The property was dirty. Trash in the parking lot including used syringes. The curtains had cigarette burns and the rooms smelled like cigarettes. We were supposed to have non smoking. There was a crusty substance on the wall in the bathroom. The ceiling of the shower was covered in a black mold like substance. The neighbors were extremely loud and when I called the front desk they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m very disappointed if everywhere else wasn’t sold out we would’ve gone elsewhere.
