Great Stay best Resort out there ! I went to the champagne tower it was a great experience . 10 out of 10, I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back . The champagne tower was great, the suite in itself with the pool inside the room as well . Fireplace , living room, and room itself were amazing. The only downside was the sauna that was in the room it wasn’t working but I believe I will get some sort of compensation for it not working. Other than this the food , breakfast and dinner included were equally great. Then the other on site activities were absolutely great. The other thing is there is stuff to do outside of the resort. Like the mall about 10 minutes away, a casino Mount Airy is 7 minutes away and Walmart to name a few is just a few minutes away. I can’t say enough about this resort absolutely would recommend and I will be returning soon!

Perfect Great time! Was the perfect get away. Wish we had more time to experience the other events on site. Room couldve benefited from some upgrades. Tiles were missing or coming off of the wall. Drain in bathroom was missing the top piece, but didnt drain as it should. Sink would fill up when washing hands or brushing teeth. Also, champagne glass tub drained extremely slow as well. Smelled of smoke, but seemed like stale smoke from years ago. Had steak for dinner, but was mostly fat, so didnt eat it. Breakfast and sald buffets were amazing!

Had some hiccups, but still a good time. Pros: Room was beautiful(we stayed at the champagne tower), staff was lovely, breakfast was great! Cons: Half the drink menu at Spooners was unavailable because they didn’t have any ingredients, which seemed weird especially since there weren’t a lot of guests staying there. Bowling alley only had one functional lane, but the one working lane had a missing pin and would incorrectly record scores. Most of the arcade was inoperable as all the machines ate tokens without registering the credits or their token dispensers didn’t work at all. Seems a lot of money to spend on a trip for broken facilities and a bar menu that was largely unavailable.

Great first trip for my GF and I and great resort for it! Our stay was great!! Well needed for my girlfriend and I. We got the Champagne tower suite and it was awesome! Walking up to the door it hides how really big it is inside! Only issue we found were the light switches weren't working correctly and all lamps needed to be turned on by hand or the plug switched into a diff outlet. Also an instructional sign on How to turn the jets on for the hot tub would've been great bc we were in it and had to climb out to right outside the toilet room to put the timer on for the jets. Just not a great location for it once youre already in it. We only stayed one night so didnt have time to enjoy the indoor pool, which we had really wanted to partake in. The price for the room seemed reasonable for everything offered in the room and on property. I have a bad back and always find the bed an issue when in hotels, but this bed was -mwah-chefs kiss! So soft and comfortable! After our fun for the evening, I fell right to sleep and stayed asleep. Which for me is RARE. I know now to book for two nights next time so we have time to enjoy the grounds and all amenities offered that we didnt have a chance to do. Overall it was a great trip! Look forward to returning and getting a new fridge magnet for each time we come!

Nostalgic & Unique Hotel Experience Unique experience that is definitely worth trying out! However, some parts of the room (and resort) were a bit run down. Still it was nice to have a hot tub, pool, sauna and fireplace all in one suite!
