Unresolved Security Concern and Lack of Follow-Up My wife and I are longtime loyal guests and Forever Lovers members who have celebrated our anniversary at your resorts for many years, including the Palace before it was sold and Cove Haven. Since the sale of the Palace, this was our third stay at Paradise Stream. At check in, we were placed in an Apple room without a phone and told the phone lines were down. Although we were comfortable and appreciated the private in room pool, we agreed to move to another Apple room due to the lack of communication access. On December 24, 2025, while staying in the second Apple room with a private pool, I placed my red Nautica swim shorts, an anniversary gift from my wife, on the pool railing to dry before dinner. When we returned, the shorts were gone. I reported this immediately. I later showed staff a photo only to demonstrate where the item had been placed. Despite this, I was repeatedly told, without investigation, that housekeeping may have accidentally taken to lounge room. This explanation is inaccurate, as housekeeping did not enter the room that day. Management stated an audit would be conducted and that I would be contacted with an update. No follow up was made. I contacted the resort twice and left messages but received no response. This is not about compensation. It is about guest safety, accountability, and communication. Someone accessed our room area and removed personal property. I am requesting direct contact from management to explain the outcome of the audit and what corrective actions were taken.

Great weekend Rooms were ok, staff excellent, breakfast was great, but dinner could be better.

A relaxing time This is a very nice place to get away with your spouse. Where else can you find a pool, hot tub, and sauna in your room?! You can also get breakfast and dinner included. Some updates could be made but it really is nice and relaxing.
