Nice hotel/would stay again Great hotel in great location to food/shopping. I stayed here for 5 days. Hotel was very clean. Bed/linen was comfy. Hotel Shampoo was amazing I want to use it at home. Con- Housekeeping is every other day Free breakfast was slim pickings. But I usually just have coffee anyway.

Especially helpful staff Everything one needs for a comfortable stay..good beds, pillows, fluffy towels, good shower, working small appliances, all very clean. Also, great buffet breakfast with real food, and hot coffee, tea, etc all day. The best part is the extremely helpful staff; a special thanks to Vio and Iesha who helped me locate my ‘lost’ phone. Fitness equipment and a lovely heated indoor pool. I’d stay here again. Easy to get to from O’Hare.

Thought it would bel a nicer place Was expecting a nicer place. The room was okay but the furniture was all scratched and the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too firm. Also, the room got very cold at night and I couldn't get the thermostat to go above 71 degrees. The fridge in the room was a nice touch but no freezer section. The microwave was another story! It was old and the buttons didn't all work. To hear my Stuffers meal for 8 minutes I had to hit the popcorn button 4 times. The time cook button didn't work. Also, the garbage cans-- only 2 little cans. I've in the bathroom and one next to the desk. The light above the desk was super bright and I had to turn it off and just see by the regular ceiling light. No pens or now pads in the room whatever happened to those?! The system for an electronic key from your phone wasn't working. The Internet isn't fully available at night. The recording desk person was nice. I pronounced her name wrong and she sighed but when she saw that I was a Hilton Honors member she pushed up and was so welcoming. Hate hate hate the underground parking. Those underground posts scratched my brand new rental car! I'm so upset! Plus it's kind of scary being there myself as a single woman. I had to get 2 bed room because I wanted to soak in a tub. Wish you guys had Jacuzzi bath tubs. You funny even any hit tub in the inside pool. The free breakfast buffet was nice but wish you had sugar free syrup as I'm diabetic. And finally, I asked for a room near the elevator and received a room ALL THE WAY DOWN THE HALL. It took forever to walk down the hall with 2; big bags and luggage. Why don't you have bell hops or valet service? Horrible customer service for a Hilton hotel. You should also offer free late check out. Won't be staying here again

Great Hampton property This is a very nice Hampton property. First time staying here. I enjoyed my stay and found it to be very clean and well run. Inviting lobby and nice breakfast. I normally stay at another Hampton property in the area, but stayed here as the rest of my group had booked here. I will definitely return here on my next stay.

Nice room. Staff friendly. Need to be more informative. Simple to do. Was unaware of pet policy. Guess it was our fault for not reading the fine print. My wife is allergic to both cats and dogs. Had serious reaction and is recovering. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. The staff at the desk need to inform guests so they can reserve a pet free room if it exists.
