Great place Clean, convenient to I44 and reasonably priced. We have stayed here multiple times and have nothing but good to say about this location

A perfect on the road motel. Boy do people whine on reviews to what? Mr. Patel at the front desk was professional, courteous and a nice guy. Clean room, good bed, good breakfast. He let me take up 4 parking spaces as I had a trailer! I will make a point to use this place again.

Terrible customer service & poor maintenance We had reservations to stay at this location. We checked in & then checked room where we found the regular light in the bathroom not working. Went to the front desk to let them know. A VERY unprofessional girl who lacked customer service skills said she would let mgr know. He wasn’t there & and is the only one who could change the bulb. I asked when, was told basically whenever, could be this week or next week depends on how busy he is. She didn’t care at all. We canceled a 5 night stay on the spot, we’re in town to visit family, after an 1800 drive and booked at Quality Inn. Much better & friendlier staff, gave us a better price and everything works in the room!

Good choice This hotel is a good option. The man at the front desk stays busy in the morning as he is also in charge of breakfast. They have several hot options, as well as pastries and yogurt. The pool area and pool itself needed some attention, but everything else was fine.
