Quick stop in route to Sun Valley Stopped in late for one night on the way to Sun Valley. I flew into Boise late and was looking for a stop along the way to knock out some of the drive. The Hampton Inn Mountain Home satisfied the need with clean rooms. I did not interact with anyone as I utilized mobile check in and went straight to my room. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. Just perfect for a short night.

Extra charge for an Upgrade No upgrades for Loyal Hilton members, they want to charge me extra $10 bucks for King size bed! I have stayed 200 nights a year at Hilton world wide and across the the US. And I know when hotels will give an upgrade or not, all I hear from their boss is EXTRA CHARGE! And then rooms are all sold out when I asked about complimentary upgrade. Oh well! This hotel is disappointment, I have to ask about breakfast, and gum, no one showed where elevator is! Service is abysmal.

Standard Hampton: Nothing Special. Underwhelming at best. The location--unless you like fast food joints and gas stations--is unpleasant. I saw myriad 'campers' spending a night parked on the street outside and in the gravel area behind the very close-by---and likely very less expensive Best Western. Check-in was fine--friendly enough. And breakfast was standard Hampton fare. Next time I'd either stay in Boise or go the extra miles to Twin Falls.

Excelkent Stay We have stayed at this property many times over the past few years as our daughters family lives here. Always a clean and comfortable and welcoming stay. So nice that the pool and hot tub are now open again. Can’t recommend this facility enough and it’s friendly and attentive staff.

Home at Mountain Home We loved this Hampton Inn and call it “home” in Mountain Home. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt welcome. The front desk staff members were so friendly. It set the tone for our entire trip. We actually stayed here twice (April and May), coming and going. Cleanliness is our number one priority, and this Hampton hit it out of the ball park. The bed looked wonderful with its white, crisp sheets and pillowcases. The bed itself was very comfortable. The carpets were noticeably clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. Their cleaning policy was posted clearly on the mirror. We liked the arrangement of furniture in the room—everything was very convenient. All staff members were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The complimentary breakfast was good and got us on our way. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to others.
