Under renovation, avoid until complete Hotel is under renovations. NO amenities at all. No ice machine, no gym, no breakfast, nothing. Per the front desk, you get a bed, bathroom, and TV. Rooms are renovated and furnished to regular Holiday Inn Express standards. But website is misleading, no breakfast, check out is not 11 pm. Hotel really should be closed, there are better options in the area. Once hotel renovations are complete, it should be fine. But for now, avoid this hotel. Blaming Covid for lack of amenities is disingenuous. Not worth your money.

Really Terrible Hotel and staff DO NOT stay at this hotel. The management is terrible. They only care about $, they could care less about their customers. Under renovation? They have NO dining for bfast. Worse, they tore out their store. So NO food or drink at all. And they don't care, if you mention it, they get defensive. Tried to talk to the manager about my issues. But the manager could care less and says that it is just too bad if I am not happy. Bottom line is this is NOT and IHG property as they do not follow any IHG standards. STAY AWAY!!!!

Needs a lot of love The people working the front desk were super nice. The hotel overall needs a lot of love. In fact it needs a lot of everything. Stains and falling ceiling and holes in the drywall of the windows was not good. Location is ideal for some of the business in the area but no excuse to not keep up the details. Not to mention the funky smell. There are no restaurants nearby. And uber doesn't quite know where the hotel is based on the address.

Average, at best. As a platinum IHG, I couldn’t wait to check this one out. Anything “new to IHG” that also bills itself as boutique is intriguing since I know all the other IHG properties very well. This is one tired, confusing property. Location is ok, but the quality of the rooms is par or below par with what I expect from average IHG properties. Hopefully IHG will boost this one up from where it is now.

They ripped me off HORRIBLE STAY!!! My friend booked a room. We put her card on file... but we decided to pay with mine. So they charged her card anyways... then charged me $245.32 ($50)over than the price. Eileen, the manager, overcharged, and double charged. Let me just put this out there… After we told Eileen that we were going to use my card she then charged my friends card. They then charged ariel’s card as well— AFTER we left. Wow. We called afterwards, Eileen was unhelpful. Defensive. Prim, her boss, was rude too. He hung up on us. He told one of my friends that the extra charges on the original price, was to see if I had money on the card. So you’re telling me you have to charge me $50 to see if I have $190 in my bank? Also they did not tell me this either. Oh yeah did I mention that they charge my friend as well? The hotel was under her name. So she had to give them a credit card with her name on it but we paid with mine. Make sense? So they then charged her after we walked out. When we spoke with him he said that they will reverse her charges completely… But they didn’t tell her. So because of that she overdrafted her account and has to pay out-of-pocket The overdraft fees. We will both be Reporting to our banks about this Friday so they can get investigated. They told me they have no intention of refunding me the 50+ dollars that they owe me
