Looks new, free breakfast, good for local sightseeing. This facility had all the usual amenities, was clean with a pool available outdoors and inside had recently been spruced up. Free breakfast offered the usual options. My wife and I use this as a base camp for a morning trip to Jack Daniels in Lynchburg, then toured the Stones River battlefield in the afternoon.

Angie makes this hotel awesome This hotel was clean, quiet and has the friendliest staff in Angie. She is truly a gem and makes you feel completely at home. Very helpful, positive and quite honestly inspiring. The rooms have plenty of space and the breakfast was really good.

Great Staff & Stay! We stayed at this Hampton Inn for the first time while traveling home from Florida to Chicago. We decided to stop here before running into the severe storms predicted throughout TN & KY. A huge shout out to Danielle who greeted us warmly and made us feel as if we were special guests. Our quiet room was clean, and the bed & pillows were comfy. Breakfast choices were good. There are many restaurants nearby. Thanks to Danielle we chose Jason's Deli to grab a quick soup & sandwich and got back before the severe storms started. She is the main reason we would stay here again.

Excellent customer service with a special call out to Danielle on PM Shift! The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. There is a free buffet breakfast which was delicious! Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt along with make your own waffles. YUM! The part I was most impressed with was the customer service. I have never met a more friendly staff who went above & beyond to ensure the guests were happy. There were even pre-packed breakfast bags with bagels, fruit and water to grab on your way out if you didn't have time to sit. Danielle was on the PM shift when we checked in. I am writing this review because she needs an extra call out for being OUTSTANDING. We left so impressed that we will definitely choose this hotel next time we pass through.

Hotel Staff We were welcomed by a very friendly hotel staff, Ms. Angie. She made us feel like we were staying with family instead of a hotel. Her personality was engaging and kind. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well laid out. The breakfast was delicious and had many options.
