Always a great stay I have stayed at this Best Western many times as my husband and I travel to the Murphy area for whitewater rafting. I have found the beds and furnishings comfortable. They have a nice pool that I never used. The staff are professional and helpful

Great place to stay with pets We stay here when we can’t stay at the at the casino because we need to bring our dogs. The rooms are dated but always clean and reasonably priced and the hotel offers free breakfast. There’s a large lawn area to walk dogs and a single bed room has plenty of space for dog crates.

Never again Would not recommend staying here...room smelled musty {carpet was wet beside of the heat and cooler system} sheets did not fit the bed and would not stay on..was out of orange juice and yogurt {i had to buy my own} furniture broken and curtain rod in bathroom was rusted...last morning there was not even room to sit and eat breakfast ..had to go pay and eat somewhere else...

Best customer service , always pleasant stay & outstanding staff here Best Western Murphy NC always has the most friendly staff here. They really are great with customer service and really make our stay every time here wonderful and easy! Clean & comfortable in a very nice area in Murphy. Barbara is the Best! Each time we are in this area, this Best Western is the only place and the 1st place we reserve. Been coming here for years and never any issues.

This location puts the BEST in Best Western I stay at hotels multiple times a month and this was one of the better experiences. It could have been so much worse, as the company I booked through (not BW) had the dates wrong. But the ladies at the front desk found my actual reservation and honored it for the night. I have had this se ring happen before and the other hotel just gave me the ole.shoulser shrug.
