Clean and friendly staff. This hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly too. We enjoyed the king suite. We had plenty of room to move around. There were many families during our stay but the hotel was quiet. I have dog allergies and sometimes the hotels aren’t clean enough. Did not have a problem with this hotel. They were starting a renovation and I was worried the hotel would be run down. It isn’t. The room showed some wear but not dirty or old. Will stay again.

Not for Me I'll keep this review brief... We booked a 6 night stay at this hotel and checked out less than 12hrs later. Cleanliness, cigareete/stale odors, and insect bites were our concerns. We relocated to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip and we loved Myrtle Beach!

SERIOUSLY RENOVATION NEEDED! Needs SERIOUS upgrades! I was afraid to put my things down. Upon entry it smelled of garbage. Furniture in room were run down and stained. Checked out maybe 10 mins after checking in. Owners don’t care about what they are presenting to customers. Front desk people were lovely.

Thank You Sam and Terri! For making my stay comfortable. Because of the way you take pride in your job!! I stayed at this hotel for one Month on business. We had over 200 Consultants in town. Which means the hotel was booked. Cleanliness was the first thing I noticed. The staff were great. I'm a person who leaves her key in her room often. There was never an issue the front desk staff was always friendly and welcoming. Even though I knew I may have gotten on their nerves. It never showed. The breakfast was good. They had red velvet waffles you could make as well as other kinds. The red Velvet was good. I had to write a review to speak about the two housekeepers on my floor. Sam and Terri. I hate to get my room clean when I'm not there. So I do not get it cleaned often. One day I came into the hotel after work. When I got to my floor #2 I said it smelled funny. Sam heard me and said Ma'am I will have the carpet cleaned. Not even 20 mins later. A gentleman was cleaning the carpet on the floor. After my 14th day, I asked Sam to clean my room. I've been traveling for work for over ten years. I can't remember the last time. A Housekeeping perfection. Cleaned my room so well. She not only cleaned. Had it smelling amazing. She dusted the furniture. Just cleaned everything you could imagine. Today I started to hang out a little bit before work. that when I saw Terri on her hands and knees cleaning these rooms with perfection and care! I have a phobia about hotels. I have stayed in so many upscale hotels that had bedbugs or just were filthy. Meaning just cleaned to the eye. Not sanitized these people here! Sam and Terri! They Clean Clean and Sanitize! I don't know the man's name that cleaned the carpet but I want to say thank you! He got on it quickly! This i a great hotel to stay at and bring your family!!! Thank You, Sam and Terri! You gave me hope to trust that most people love their job and take it seriously!! it's very serious!! PS from a person with high anxiety due to staying in unclean hotels

Very disappointing We were very disappointed at the state of this hotel during our recent visit. We've stayed here probably 3 times in the last five years and have always been delighted with the cleanliness of the rooms and the atmosphere of the hotel. This time, we found the rooms not so clean, with many details neglected. The beds were saggy and the rooms dark (not so many lamps, and the lamps no so bright). The bathroom was worse. The grout in the floor looked dirty, there was rust on several fixtures, and the toilet ran and ran and ran. The wallpaper in the bathroom had several dirty spots. It just looked old, like it needed to be renewed. On top of that, the first night we were there, the people next door kept us up with loud talking and screaming. We tried to call down to the front desk but the phone in our room did not work. We had to walk down to the desk. No one was there. We had to wait. No one was at the desk any of the times we were there the next day, nor when we checked out. The breakfast was fair, not spectacular. Powdered eggs, lots of breads. Lack of attention, yet the prices are higher than local VRBO's. We won't be back.
