Clean, comfortable and nice breakfast options I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed here on our way to Texas. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked the protein options for breakfast. It was great they offered hot omlets and turkey sausage as I can't eat carbs.

No Caring or Humanity My wife and I were in the process of completing a once-in-a-lifetime road trip from Alaska to our home in Miami on motorcycles when during the course of our journey we booked a suite on July 8, 2024 at the Hampton Inn in Muskogee. While our journey was epic we had a small glitch in that the wallet that had our credit cards was lost somewhere’s in the cornfields of Kansas as it fell off my motorcycle. I still had identification as I had my passport (needed it for Canada) as well as approximately $2000 in cash. We booked the suite at the Hampton Inn using a third-party namely Expedia. The credit card on the Expedia account was safely tucked away in Miami. July 8 unfortunately was the day that Beryl made landfall in Texas and strong feeder bands were running through the Arkansas and Oklahoma areas. Numerous tornado warnings had been advanced on the area of the travel As you can imagine this is not a safe thing on a motorcycle. We had originally intended to travel further down the line towards Miami but because of the fact we were just in a horrific rainstorm with significant winds we made the reservation and decided to stay in Muskogee shortening the ride for our safety. As he walked into the hotel soaking wet from the road with the rain pounding outside, the front desk person rather un-courteously asked for identification and a credit card for incidentals. I explained the situation and offered my passport as my drivers license was with my wallet. I explained that I did not have a physical credit card but that my office could supply a copy of a credit card. She insisted that it had to be an actual credit card. I told her that I would be willing to give cash for the deposit for the incidentals. I explained that we had no plans to bill for any incidentals. I am a member of the Hilton rewards club. Apparently this did not make any difference. I informed her that I could pay anything on PayPal or even Zelle. To no avail. Cash apparently is no good at the Hampton Inn. I appealed to her human nature in that it was pouring rain outside and I was worried about my wife having to further ride ,literally in a hurricane. She canceled the Expedia reservation and literally threw us out into the cold rain and howling wind. To say that I am disappointed and dismayed in the lack of compassion and caring for a valuable customer is shocking. She claims to have even called the manager who reiterated that without a credit card we needed to be turned out into the eye of the hurricane. Fortunately we were able to obtain a room next door at the Comfort Inn. That front desk person, Jamie was extremely caring and did everything to help us out of this difficult time. She took the credit card number that I gave her for incidentals. This was the same card that was used on the Expedia account. These people should be ashamed of themselves for putting us in harms way. Decent little place. A lot to say about this place. Clean for the most part other than the old balloon we found in our room and our blanket was filthy. The shower has a hand rail in it thank goodness because the shower floor was extremely slippery. There is shampoo, conditioner body wash and lotion in the shower. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The sauna didn't seem to work the times we tried it BUT could definitely be a user error. The couch in the room was comfy but the bed was extremely hard. The room has a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel has a little store area which was nicely stocked. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of options. The blueberry muffins were amazing! There is a courtyard area next to the pool with chairs. It was the perfect area to hang out and read while my husband was at work. I never dealt with any staff so I can't speak for them. The place was decent but I don't know if I could handle that bed again. If you don't mind a firm bed then you will be ok.

Decent Stay Beds were not very comfortable, the indoor pool was freezing n they did not have any pool towels available, and the shower water pressure was horrible. Me and my family had a suite they couldn't provide blankets for the pull out sofa it was not in the best shape. They gave a 2 towels in a room for 4-6 people. People were nice some rude. Decent breakfast minus the water down juice.

Beware Roaches! Very Disappointed. Upon arrival for a 5 day business stay I was told they did not have my reservation even though I checked in online prior to arriving. I asked for extra towels and an extra blanket that I never received. The temp in the room would not regulate. Main elevator was out of service. The room was nicely renovated and appeared clean, though when I woke the first morning, I woke up to roaches crawling on the walls! I immediately took a picture of the bugs and went down to the front desk to let them know. Interestingly enough, they were not as surprised as I was. They offered to move me to the room across the hall which I did not accept. They said they didn’t have any other rooms until later to see what was available because the hotel was booked. The staff offered no apology, refund or credit. I was thoroughly disgusted and uncomfortable staying at the location after seeing roaches. As a result, I had to repack, get ready for a meeting, check out and find another hotel all before 8 AM. Unacceptable Hilton/Hampton Inn!!
