Friendly but with Issues Overall hotel was friendly and clean. Biggest complaints are 1) booked king room and when checked in received 2 queens, 2) no chair except for an uncomfortable desk chair, 3) conditioner and body wash bottles in shower were empty. Didn’t know until in the shower. Room very sterile - not overly welcoming. One wastebasket which was a pain to use when in the bathroom.

Great location. Nice and clean Comfortable with a great location. Wish it had a free breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Older hotel that's being updated.

Will stay again Lovely staff. Room was clean and nice. Price was very good. Located near every store I can think of. Didn't hear noise from other rooms.

Okay stay Room 517 not so clean when we checked, had black hair on bathroom floor, sink counter was dirty, as well as telephone and end table dusty, body wash bottle in shower was empty, heat and ac unit very noisy all night and hard to adjust temperature via thermostat, chair cushions in room dirty, behind toilet filthy Balcony railing loose missing a bolt very dangerous (reported to Penny at front desk) , bed hard and pillows were horrible. No extra blankets in room in case needed. Front desk staff very personable and helpful. Great location close to barefoot landing. It was Nice to have hair dryer, iron, safe, microwave and frig in room. Maybe put extra soap bars in rooms as they are small and break apart.
