Great place to stay with your family, including your fur babies. Just make sure you bring quarters for the laundry. It’s the perfect location for families and environment. You can swim in the indoor outdoor pool the lazy river (btw the lazy river is not so lazy lol) I felt like a kid again. You’re not holding on for G forces around the corners but you’re holding on. The lazy river was definitely the fun zone for myself and the kids. The 10th floor pool was nice too. The hot tubs were great. Pools heated perfectly. Okay soo breakfast was amazing every morning! The employees were awesome at breakfast Ryan the cook knows what he is doing. Deborah the greeter and Brenda made the atmosphere very welcoming. The front desk was a little overwhelmed but Ishmell treated us very good. We came in a night early and had to change out rooms. The transition went smooth we didn’t have to pack up and go to the lobby we got to stay in our room until it our next room was ready. We met Patricia the housekeeper at the next room and the room smelled and looked amazing, she did a fantastic job. Anything that we needed was remedied pretty quick like towels or toilet paper. What I didn’t like was the dryer price in the laundry room they should change it to however minutes you want instead of putting $2 in for 45 mins. Start at fifty cents and work up. I didn’t need the whole 45 mins. But that’s pretty much the only thing negative I have to say.

Exceptional Love the hotel. Stay there for 4 nights. All the amenities are there. You can cook (but did not use it), huge refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The best part? Its front beach view and ohhhh the beach is so relaxing (My priority). Love the indoor pool. The people and staff are so nice in the front desk. Downside? Restaurants are so far from this hotel but there is KFC nearby and Mariners Pizza (Both walking distance). Breakfast? So good but not a lot of choices but expected. If you have a car thats a big plus but if not you have to take uber (convenient and reccomended). I would love to go back there. Thanks for the experience. Room 817.

Family and friends long weekend vacation Clean tidy room as described. All hotel amenities as described. Great deal for the price. Easy drive to lots of food and things to do.

Clean but very outdated. Pros: We love the spacious room setup. Although we did not use the kitchen or coffee pot, it was nicely arranged with a nice sized fridge. I love that the elevators open up right into the parking deck near the rooms. The kitchen staff (specifically the beautiful woman Barbara who sang to me each morning and became like a friend) was so friendly, the food very good. And the view to the ocean from my room as well as the breakfast area, was delightful to wake up to each morning. Housekeeping was nice, coming each day to change the towels! Nice clean balcony with two chairs to sit on and enjoy the view. Cons: Very, very outdated rooms. Our room did not have one single USB charging port in it.. some of the other floors my friends were in did so I’m not sure why this one didn’t… we have two iPhones, two Apple Watches, and two iPads that all need to be charged each night especially for our business use. Thank God I brought my own multiple charging block with us! Speaking of, there are definitely not enough outlets as well in any of the rooms. The tub is awful, very stained and although I’m sure it’s clean, I felt like I was stepping into a muck. I put a towel down in there so my feet wouldn’t be directly on it, yuck. Kitchen had no dishwashing detergent to wash my coffee cup, I never saw that before in a hotel room these days. No hooks to hang ANYTHING on in any rooms, so be prepared.

Family Vacation The location is perfect! Awesome views, warm pools, steps from the beach in a safe neighborhood. The staff were helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and updated. My family will be back!! We love the location and views ❤️
