Beautiful family vacation The resort is perfectly located plenty of shops and all different kinds of restaurants just steps away from the building. Parking was easy with multiple options. We never had a problem finding a place. Michael the valet was very helpful and pleasant he was our first contact with the resort and I knew we had made the right choice. I saw some bad reviews and was hesitant glad I booked. We stayed in the sailfish building and our room was beautiful. It was newly renovated and gorgeous !!! The beach was clean , plenty of life guards the water was warm and clean no seaweed. We were in room 1012 sailfish. We can’t wait to book again.

The property is in a great location, and the many pools are great for kids. That said, housekeeping is non-existent. We waited in the lobby until 5:30 pm for a 4:00 pm check-in time - one and a half hours because our room wasn't ready! Housekeeping knocked on the door only twice during our week-long stay. They said to give them our dirty towels if we wanted new towels. The trash was never emptied, and the bedding was never changed. They never even entered the room! At no time was the "do not disturb" sign used, so there is no excuse. We stayed in the Palms Tower and rented five rooms; we all had the same housekeeping experience.

Beware Beware! I booked a reservation at this hotel and I cancelled 20 minutes later.My wife and I changed our minds. After talking to customer service I got the run around about my money. They charged me $1,100 for a cancellation fee. Unheard of and Customer service opened a case for me and said is would take 3-7 business days. It took 7 business days and they denied me. Take is from me and take your business else where. I'm sure i'm not the first one this happened to. I warning you so this won't happen to you. -Nelson from Columbia

Family fun This was our first time staying in Myrtle Beach in years so we decided to stay at the breakers resort. Upon arrival we were greeted by Michael Clay who made sure we had a smooth check in and ensure our bags were waiting at our room when we went upstairs. We really appreciated the customer service and plan to stay here again in the future.

Great staff especially Mr Micheal Clay Luckily we came across a very helpful Bellman named Micheal Clay! He was everywhere at all times helping everyone when needed. Our sorority felt assisted and valued his assistance. Thank you again for all of your help!!
