Don’t fall for the pictures stay somewhere else The hotel was old and outdated and dirty. The pictures are deceiving. Just stay somewhere else pay a little extra we stayed in the Palms building, thinking it was a nice building based on the pictures but no, I felt itchy at the moment. I sat down on the couch, the bedsheets were rough. The carpet was dirty cracks in the tiles in the bathroom grime all in the shower, look like the shower hasn’t been cleaned in months at least stay somewhere else.

Definitely worth a stay I always stay at the breakers with my family or girlfriend because it’s an easy going area everything is so close by. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean. The new renovations are a nice addition gives the room a more modern look. Overall a wonderful place to stay especially with family.

Be very careful ! My main issue was that There was roaches in Dunes, over all the room was relatively clean over than the bathroom which I had no issue cleaning for myself. The hot tub was extremely dirty, the kids enjoyed their pools and water slides. The Breakers Resort is in a good spot on the beach not to much traffic.

Just okay for me.... I am confused about why this hotel is rated so high. It has to be the location. We were able to walk to many places and it never felt unsafe. Our stay was average at best for the price paid for the hotel. Housekeeping was non-existent. Our garbage was emptied twice in 6 days. Towels were replaced twice as well, however 2 bath towels for 4 people doesn't cut it. We learned to grab handfuls of pool towels to help dry ourselves off in the room. Since housekeeping doesn't enter your room often, it will not be swept or mopped. Be prepared for the sand - and in my case, I have long hair that sheds - and everything else to gather on your floor for a week. Pools were fairly clean in the morning, but it doesn't take long for them to get dirty. That's on the clientele, but again, staff did not appear to be present to clean up throughout the day. The only time we visibly saw staff was when they were trying to lock people out of the pool area during storms. Breakfast was average as well. This is not really a complaint, however, it did not look quite like the pictures. I only point this out because my son likes fresh strawberries - plastered on the pictures of the breakfast restaurant, but not available. I won't completely knock this place. My son would give the hotel two thumbs up. He loved the pool features. We easily spent 2x more time at the pools than the beach. Beware of the blue enclosed waterslide. We hit our elbows pretty hard in this slide. Everyone else in my family recovered, but I still have pain more than a week later. Entertainment was decent. My only complaint on this topic was if you advertise a glow party, I don't know that I should be paying for the glow items. I have also stayed at Compass Cove and Caribbean and would choose either of them over this hotel.
