Best amenities and still close to the boardwalk We love it here. Our second time to myrtle beach, we stayed at the breakers with our family and our kids loved it. This time we found an airbnb 2 resorts down $100 cheaper, but we had a very bad experience and left after the first night. We have made the family decision that we will not go to another resort when we are in Myrtle Beach. This is our go to resort! You can't beat all the amenities and being only fifteen minutes from the boardwalk!

Will stay again Rated a four due to check in process congested, parking availability confusing and limited. though registration went smoothly . The room was nice and clean though the pillows too soft for me sleep was minimum I like a little more firmness... wish ice machine were more accessible instead of hit and miss. Overall stay was pleasant and though it suppose to be PET FREE which is why we chose to stay there were a couple there that was not service dogs!

Great location and amenities & lots of kids First visit to Myrtle Beach. Stayed in the Paradise building. I chose this hotel because it is close to the beach, but not too close to the boardwalk (fearing a lot of noise), and also because of the amenities offered. It's about a 10 minute walk to the SkyWheel, etc., so we visited almost daily. The arcade is fun and there is the expected carnival-style and beach food offerings. It was also nice to have so many food options close to the hotel - we often visited the pool bar for the Rusty Reel, which had great drinks and chicken fingers, and Bummz right next door has excellent food and a great outdoor area. We were visiting with friends and found that to be a really comfortable place. The Angry Avocado offered substantial dishes and the burger place nearby (River City Cafe) had turkey options for me so we went there twice. We also checked out a Medieval Times show since it was so close by. There were several pools on the property we could access, which was good because there were a lot of people, especially kids, but that's to be expected at a place that has water slides! I was a bit disappointed the lazy river was often crowded and quickly ran out of tubes. The wristband room keys were convenient. There were a couple of days housekeeping did not replace towels and we eventually had to ask for more toilet paper (we stayed for 8 days), but the room was comfortable. We booked a Deluxe 1-bedroom king suite - apparently "deluxe" means renovated, so it had nice updates. The oceanfront balcony was my favorite space, though. The wifi worked great in the bedroom area, but was awful in the living room. There were two TVs, but only the one in the living room had available streaming. The walls are a bit thin and the slider is not soundproof, so I needed a white noise machine to sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location is great, but next time I will probably check out another place that doesn't attract so many children.

Best This property was newly renovated and it was wonderful. The staff from time of check-in was on point and they even text to check on me and my needs daily. 10/10
