Great place to stay The rooms were very clean, beds are so comfortable . Front desk people were the nicest. Very polite and friendly. Dog friendly. No smoking inside the hotel. Swimming pool , hot tub. The restaurant next door had great food.

Dishonest Hotel! This hotel would not honor their cancellation policy. I cancelled when a 35% penalty was in effect and they charged me 100%. Dishonest hotel, stay elsewhere! Their policy was crystal clear and they would not honor it. Unbelievable. Stayer beware!

High speed internet is nearly useless. High speed internet is virtually useless. In today’s world internet speeds and coverage can be very fast and wide coverage. This hotel has 4 floors but only broadcast the WiFi from 2 floors. I don’t know why they don’t upgrade to fiber and blanket the property in high quality and 5g speed. Very disappointing for anyone who relies on high speed WiFi when working away from home.

LOOKING FORWARD If my stay is half as pleasant as dealing with Shantel and making my reservations. I will be in total shock.In this day and age, a pleasant and courteous agent is unheard of. She answered my questioned, helped me with the Expedia data problems, and even is trying to make my need for a first floor room What an unexpected experience. Thank You Shantel and Shilo Inn'Nampa, Idaho

Wasn't what I expected The check in times from my itterary were off by two hours said ck in was 2 it was 4 said ck out was noon it was 11 ice machine did not work.. Hot tub jets broken and hot tub was dirty and not hot! I paid alot for nice pool and tub shown on priceline in Nampa idaho was not the same as Pic was pretty disappointing. Workers all but one lady were nice room was fair... I would not go back was not worth the money...
