Helpful Staff & On-Site Ammenities Hotel provides nice ammenities for the kitchen & it provides onsight laundry. Kitchens are equipped with full refrigerator, stove top, microwave, etc. Hotel Manager Krystal Mason is extremely knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this Extended Stay East in Naperville, Illinois. Cathy G.

Home away from home I would definitely recommend this location whenever you’re needing a place for an extended period of time. My experience was great from the time I checked in. My room was nice a cozy with everything that I needed in it. The building was always clean and spelled good no matter what time of day it was. The customer service was great, the staff was very professional as well as friendly. If there were any issues the, General Manager Dave as well as his assistant Cristal, were right on top of it. This place really felt like a home away from home and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience Stayed for my aunt’s funeral the hotel is great , clean, staff is friendly, with reasonable prices. The manager Krystal made me feel so welcome and comfortable because she understood the fact that I was grieving as well. She let me know that if I needed her she would be there and she did just that! 10/10 !!
