Run Away don’t give this place a dime This place needs a good cleaning. Guy at front desk refused to lend me a broom so I could sweep up. Skimpy on towels. This place will depress you. My floor in my room dirty sticky. Don’t give them any business. Not cheap to stay here. You get nothing for your money.

NEVER STAY HERE - MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND AWFUL NEVER STAY HERE! We stayed here many times in the past and overlooked how rundown and dirty it was - we were getting what we paid for, a place to crash after a concert - just don't sleep under the covers. HOWEVER - we were in an accident on our way to the hotel in the early afternoon last weekend and could not get there, stranded in Iowa. We called immediately and were informed they do not cancel. This hotel REFUSED to cancel our reservation and charged us anyway - and both hotel managers we spoke to were not only uncooperative but rude. They will now lose all of our future business as well as the friends who typically stay here with us. Had 12 total nights booked for our group the remainder of this year alone - all cancelled. Hotels.com also no help - which means they have no clout with their partners. Don't use them either.

Horrible Manangers Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were between houses and chose this for location and price. The so called manager, I think her name was Suzie, ran it like a prison. One microwave for the whole motel, no fridge in room. Horrible mattresses, dirty sheets in and on. Ambulances were there every other night. Run away from this place.

Stolen luggage Upon checking in, I went to my car to grab my bags, took the elevator to the third floor and realized when I got in my room one of my bags was left on the elevator. I never saw it again. I reported to front desk and one of the clerks said "what do you want me to do about it?" I asked for them to pull security footage, no help. The room was fine, the halls reeked of marijuana use even though it was "non-smoking" I went solo but would be so fearful to bring my family here. The best way to fix this place is to bulldoze and start again and get new management too.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS! DISCUSTING PLACE. RUDE MGT BED BUGS!!!! RM 104 crawling out of the bed sheets!!! Lifted the mattress & saw THOUSANDS OF BED BUGS! Mgt was rude: "we do not have bed bugs" HUNG UP ON ME! Other front desk lady said "Yes, we have had trouble with bugs". No apologies. No rooms anywhere, slept in my car. DISCUSTING. DO NOT GO THERE
