An Oasis in the desert By the time we arrived at the HIE in Naples we had been driving around for several hours looking for a place to stay after abruptly leaving another hotel due to safety concerns. The front desk clerk Jesus who greeted us must have sensed our energy and asked "How is your night going so far?" All I could say was "It has been a long night." Jesus was so kind and gracious. He made sure all of our needs were met. I can't say enough kind things about him. That night he was literally our savior. The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. We slept like babies. The daytime staff was very friendly and helpful. Our check out went smoothly. We highly recommend staying at the HIE in Naples.

Above average. Room was clean and neat. Hallways were bright and decorated in nice colors. Breakfast area bright and clean, and eggs, sausage , waffles, cinnamon buns, cereal, fruit and other breakfast food good. Coffee very good. Nice desk area for work. Beds were too soft for us, but OK. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. No the quietest hotel as hallway sounds easily came into the room. But not terrible . Nothing spectacular, just a nice place to spend a night.

Nice HI Express, good location close to interstate Another nice HI Express. Appears to be recently renovated so it’s nice. However, our carpet appeared to not have been replaced. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area is nice and they serve the typical HI Express breakfast.

Clean & bright, a happy stay! Room 324. First time staying in a hotel since the pandemic began & expected less. This was good. Carpet and walls clean, neat and comfortable. Elevator clean. Room was small, but fine for just two people. Beds were very soft and I prefer a firmer sleep, but OK. Bathroom clean but very small. There was an odd spot up high in the shower, on the wall. Someone should clean that. Desk did not have electrical outlets near, as that was under the TV. No bible in room. Breakfast was better than pre-pandemic! Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes,fruit, cinnamon buns, the works. Every staff member I met were friendly and helpful. Cracker Barrel right next door, easy stroll. We paid $201 so I am hoping that is somehow pandemic related, as that is pretty high for a small room. Overall, better than we expected and we always stay at Holiday Inn express.

A little rough Pros: Location, Staff, Comfortable beds Cons: Interior is tough (stained carpet, tv didn’t work, bathroom rust and peeling pint around door) bathroom tile was not clean, sketchy clientele (had to move rooms because of a fight) I will say even though the hotel is a little beat down, the staff was very helpful and kind.
