Expectations surpassed. We were a bit skeptical about staying here after so many mixed reviews. We arrived early and were check in by the Assistant GM, he was pleasant and polite. No upgrades were available as the hotel was fully booked. We stayed in the one bedroom, room was the typical Residence Inn. No complaints about cleanliness or neatness, we were pleasantly surprised. We had a room with a great view of the pool. Breakfast Had many varieties to choose from and we were pleased to see COVID-19 protocols in place. We are by the poolside and our Titanium status allowed us to be checked out at 4. Much needed after a day filled with activities. Overall we were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again the key advantages of this location was that it was centrally located and staff seem friendly and polite.

Stayed with our dog We stayed for two nights with our dog, and we chose it for being a dog-friendly hotel. The implications, of course, are that there will be many dogs there -- and that means that if your dog barks at other dogs, she may not have a good time, as she will be able to hear and see them around the property. There is a big empty lot next to the hotel for dog-walking, but unfortunately it has a lot of spiky plants that hurt our dog's paws. It would be nice if they landscaped a specific area for the dogs. Otherwise, this is a nice Residence Inn where we were comfortable.

Needs updating Rooms in desperate need of updating. Outdated decor and some furniture in disrepair. In addition, I felt it was not clean. Hairs in bathroom, vents dusty, closet doors of tracks and carpet was wet. Given the environment we live in right now, I feel rooms should be extra clean, but this did not even meet the minimum requirements.

Central Location and Excellent Front Desk Staff. Otherwise OK. Professional, helpful and available front desk staff helped bump this average property to four stars. Hotel is centrally located in Naples, walking distance to several excellent restaurants, supermarkets and behind the beautiful Park Shore neighborhood. Close to downtown, Village Shops and many beaches by CAR you are on a main thoroughfare, but Naples is a long city and this is in the center. Lobby and halls have been renovated but the rooms seemed tired, with a dated (but working) kitchen area. WIFI was passable. Fine for email or watching a movie, but slow with a VPN if you are working. And I had the upgraded WIFI. Hardly a vacation resort, but loation and pet friendly make this an option, especially if you are Marriott loyalist. Fantastic location for runners. Go into Park Shore and enjoy Crayton Rd and the miles of sidewalks along Gulf Shore drive.

Wonderful birthday celebration/staycation EVERYTHING WAS SPECTACULAR! We did a 1 night staycation to celebrate my birthday. The room could not have been any cleaner had I cleaned it myself. The location was super close/convenient to home and to the restaurant where we had breakfast afterward. We had dinner just down the street before hand as well. What a wonderful surprise to find a gift and card waiting for us in the room upon our arrival. This hotel really knows how to treat their clients and make them feel special and welcome.
