Game day The hotel itself is really nice. Few things we did run into. We came on game day and every way to get to the hotel is shut down. So if you plan on coming for a game come early! Also there's no hot water. It's a wish and a prayer type.of deal to get a shower. Our water never got any hotter than cold with a hint of hot. 3 Seco showers is what it was. When asking about it they just said it will get better as people check out. It didn't.

Budget-friendly and super clean The hotel is across the bridge from Broadway. It is very clean and large. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus is punctual and free. Breakfast is nothing exceptional so wouldn't bother with it unless you are on a limited budget. The doors are not soundproofed so you can hear all the activity outside.

Don’t eat the bacon!! The smell of the place hits you the second you walk in, I wanted to check out immediately. Our bathroom flooded the first night. The doors to the room do not close all the way, even when you think they are closed, you can push them open with your finger. Front desk told us we had to pull them closed with force for them to close all the way. The lamp was rusted, the chair in our room was dirty and stained. I saw the bacon they serve for breakfast was sat out on a dirty sink in a closet, how everyone that eats it doesn’t get food poisoning is beyond me. Contacted the general manager days ago, never responded. Contacted Choice hotels who told me this hotel is independently owned and they would escalate my complaints in order for the general manager to compensate me for my issues. Guess what? He closed the case without even contacting me. Choice hotels refunded me for my entire stay. Avoid this place. It’s a nightmare.

Good stay, good room, friendly staff The rooms were great. They were pet friendly. The bad reviews are odd as I’m not sure what folks are looking for. The breakfast was good. Normal Hotel breakfast. The front desk folks were fantastic and friendly. The only issue I had is the road they are on is hard to find on Google and Waze. This was a great stay.

Barking dogs Overall, the hotel is fine. It’s typical for this brand of hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was quiet even though it’s close to the freeway. It’s a good value for Nashville. Check in took over a half hour. They made us wait while they contacted the company we booked though even though we prepaid. The hotel tax had changed since we had paid and they wanted to charge us extra. They didn’t check us in until I called the company we booked through and they straightened things out. During the day you could hear multiple dogs barking in their rooms. There weren’t any problems with the dogs at night. The seating area at breakfast is very crowded. I had to move some chairs and a table to help a woman with a walker get to a seat.
