Would stay here again The hotel is very outdated. Need renovation my stay was OK staff at front desk was crappy but later on that day the afternoon shift was great I can’t remember her name started with a z and Keysia were great! We will be back soon and the elevator was scary to get in it because it kept shaking and our room floor was soaked but was moved to a different room

Worst Hampton Inn I have stayed in From arriving to find out the room wasn't ready, to having to try 4 different keys to get in a room that had wet carpet from the A/C, no shower curtain and a wash cloth with 2 huge rips. I would rate 0 if I could. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 20+ years, this is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. You have other options, don't stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE - CAR THEFT RAMPANT! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEFTS ARE COMMON in vehicles. We stayed on 8/5, and our truck, as well as 5 other vehicles in the parking lot, were broken into overnight. The Cop said it happens often at this hotel!!! The Cop mentioned they think there is a staff member working with the thieves to target specific vehicles, but they are working on a case. Hotel manager and staff were rude and were not concerned about these break-ins and refused to provide a refund of our room. We cancelled the remaining stay at this hotel and went to Brentwood/Franklin area to stay the remainder of our trip. The manager was rude and dismissive like it was our fault our vehicles were broken into and when I asked to escalate my request for a refund of our stay she sent me to the General Manager's VM that was full! Working on contacting Hilton corporate now to get this resolved.

Worst hotel ever do not stay in This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The inside of the rooms are very outdated and need lots of touch ups. There were paint specks on the floors from the ceilings and there were stains all over the beds . The comforters were yellow and also had stains in them. The room itself had a very bad mildew and mold smell along with bad air conditioning as well. The breakfast was ok but in the lobby there were ants crawling up the walls and paint chipping as well. The staff was very inconvenient and none of them spoke English. I asked for towels about 4 times in one day and never got them. My room wasn’t cleaned out of the 4 nights I was there. Never go to this hotel it was disgusting. Stay away!!!

Recommend for anyone The hotel was okay great customer service the young woman zariha was very welcoming and helped get me more towels for my stay breakfast was great other lady at the desk was very quiet the only thing the elevator on the right was shaking going up and down
