A nice hotel nestled in a nice location As with most properties in this area, it looks like most of their business comes from airport travelers. The location is very central to the airport area, but would seem more secure than some other hotels in the greater airport area. It's tucked away in a residential / business park area and is a safe area to leave your car parked overnight. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is starting to show wear, but signs indicate an upcoming remodel - none too premature, I would say. Nevertheless, it is clean and has quite a few amenities. The breakfast is very good for a hotel breakfast bar area. Don't be afraid to stay here.

Horrible place to stay This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We booked this hotel to take my child to a camp located in Nashville. The rooms are under construction and are not up to par. Construction crew works non-stop, but they might be right next store. Fire alarm rang non-stop and they "turned off the entire alarm system"; cars were broken into; and a heavy amount of marijuana smoke were present on a daily basis. Front desk people were no help and not apologetic in anyway. *They charge a fee to park there and do NOT have any security in the parking lot; thus the break-ins: 20 in one night. We left and went to another hotel a few days into our trip. Don't waste your hard earned money- book elsewhere!

Terrible all the way around Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to give us a key. Hotel is under construction, which would have been fine if they knew which rooms were not available. They tried to put people in those rooms. We get to our room, half the lights didn’t work, the couches were torn up and the TV didn’t work. Fire alarms were going off all night. Don’t book this hotel.

horrible check in was bad, front desk was not welcoming at all. Hotel is old, and the furniture is dated. breakfast area has mismatched furniture. Breakfast is pretty bland, but the attendant is the worst! She has such a bad attitude. she was throwing plates around and doesn't even greet anyone that comes in for breakfast.

Don't Bring Your Car! You pay extra for parking but it's more like a license to hunt. Parking lot full of people paying to park there and taking shuttle to airport to go somewhere else on vacation. For the most part, people actually staying there had to park in the grass and fire lanes. Kept thinking about a fire truck would get in there. We canceled plans on New Year's Eve just so we could get back to hotel by 6 PM so we could park in a real space. There were only 4 spaces left at 6 PM! Really liked the hotel. It was mostly quiet although did hear neighbors flushing toilet and running water at all hours. Need to have breakfast a bit later on weekends. Their breakfast open 6-9 AM every day including Sat and Sun. They did extend until 10 AM on New Year's Day. Only one elevator in each of two wings. Really not too much of a wait though.
