Really enjoyed my stay I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very polite. Me and my boyfriend needed extra towels and wash cloths and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was good and the check in/ check out process was smooth. I would definitely stay here again or at another La Quinta location.

Find a better/ any other place to stay Shame on you, again. I expect housekeeping to be superior at a hotel under renovations. We will not return unless management or Wyndham at least attempt to make this experience right. $88/ night for this was too much. Terrible. See photos...

Run down We checked in super late (1am) during a road trip across country, and literally only needed a bed to sleep in for five hours before we continued our travels. It was the day after the Presidential election and I was wearing a Trump t•shirt, so I was given a very long (15 minutes) lecture about how terrible President Trump is in the eyes of the front desk clerk. I just smiled and was polite, but it was disturbing that the clerk said anything to me at all about politics. I am disabled and use a walker for mobility, but we were put in a room on the second level, so I had to walk a long ways and up a steep flight of stairs without walking assistance to get to our room because the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The room was very run down and shabby. The carpet was sticky with many stains. Many things inside the room had cigarette burns on them. The sink would not drain properly, very slow to drain. The bathtub looked so dirty that we didn't use it at all. The beds had some sort of toppers on them that didn't fit properly, so the mattresses were rounded on the corners and had no distinct edges. The sheets and towels all had stains on them. The door in the hallway at the top of the stairs had broken glass panes and if you touched any part of the panes, it would fall apart. We didn't expect a lot for an $80/night hotel room, but the room was definitely more like a $30/night room. We skipped the free breakfast because they started putting food out at 1am for breakfast at 8am and didn't trust eating super old sausage and stale cereal that doesn't get refilled every day, just brought out in cereal dispensers that sit in a back closet 24/7. The hotel also shares a parking lot with the Waffle House next door, so there are many intoxicated and loud people out all night with reckless drivers. I cannot understand how a big name like La Quinta would allow this hotel to be in such a sad state of disrepair and have their name on it. Do not recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Bugs, bed was dirty and slept in and pillows were thrown on the floor, we looked at the mattress and it was absolutely filthy and smelt awful, building was falling apart, what I assume was blood all over the chair. They are also withholding my refund and not letting me talk to a manager after 2 weeks! I will be contacting a lawyer, BBB, and the Nashville health department although they are already in multiple health code violations with the health department. Also corporate has been contacted and there is currently an open investigation! This place is not fit for humans to stay there!

Don’t stay here Absolutely foul, dirty beds, bugs, wouldn’t give us another room because they overbooked and had no other rooms, we tried to talk to staff, showed these pictures at front desk and they acted like they would fix the problem then didn’t, broken glass in parking lots spaces. Will not be staying here again
