Comfortable Night! Overall a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable and Van was extremely helpful - the epitome of excellent client friendly service!☺️ Thanks again Van… I was able to enjoy the weight room, the only suggestion I’d make is give users the ability to control the volume in the facility as it was way to loud for me, and I’d much prefer to watch Monday Night Football.

Great experience at the Loews My husband and I recently stayed 2 nights at the Loews. We were greeted by a friendly bellman, Cody, who is also a Nashville musician and gave us a list of fun venues to visit during our stay. Thanks Cody! The room was clean and comfortable and enjoyed a nice dinner at Masons. The staff could not have been any nicer.

Great place to hold a conference Came for a conference. We didn’t stay here; however, the conference accommodations were very good. The food was excellent! Staff were friendly and efficient. 10 stars to Concierge, Gary; Bellman, Van; Catering, Sheila and Walter. All these folks made our trip memorable. Thank you all!

10/10 hotel experience Great stay at the Loews. Exceptional customer service. Van was a particularly helpful employee in the lobby area. He proactively made sure my stay was comfortable and offered me a much needed bottle water to stave off the heat. Highly recommended!

The most comfortable beds !! A large hotel with what appeared to be a large corporate / conference presence during our stay. The bedrooms were nicely decorated with the most comfortable beds of our entire US trip across New Orleans, Nashville, Atlanta and Orlando. The Club lounge is only open on certain days so make sure its included on the days you travel if you have paid the upgrade otherwise you'll miss out on the evening drinks and breakfast. Service across the entire hotel was great from all staff we encountered and any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Why the four stars ?.....well it was a little further out from Broadway than we had anticipated and whilst only a 30-40 min walk it wasn't an option in the 90+ degree heat so we'd probably stay closer to the action on our next visit. That said an Uber is just $8 from the hotel to Broadway.
