Could use working items. Room set up for 1 person. There were 2 of us. No plug in cover behind the nightstand so unable to use for a CPAP machine. Good coffee! Washer and dryer out of order for our clothes drenched in the heavy rain. Swimming pool closed.

Was here to check out downtown Nashville garbage hotel. Disgusting, ran down, none of the included amenities were available. Hotel falling apart spiders, bums outside people tried to rob me when I went to the McDonald’s next door, pathetic..

Not the ritz but fine for my purposes The room was unspectacular but clean and free of smoke smell. I was only in Nashville for a one-night stay, so it worked well for that purpose. There were two relatively minor inconveniences that would have become more annoying on a multiple day stay: First, the bedside lamp was missing its on/off switch, so the only way to operate it was to screw/unscrew the light bulb. Second, there was no electrical outlet easily accessible from the bed, which made charging my phone and plugging in my c-pap more impractical than it should have been. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful but no breakfast items were put out at all. This was an issue for me as well because I made this trip on a shoestring budget to do some personal research and thus had to end up skipping breakfast altogether. All in all, three stars for the clean room and courteous, helpful staff. For the price, in a major tourist trap, for one night, the accommodations were fine. For an extended stay or if you are a traveler who enjoys the extras, I would consider staying somewhere else.

Revolting Red Roof I would rate it a 0/5. It was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The TV’s coax cable was missing. The wall light’s lightbulb was also missing. The phone didn’t work. Our key cards stopped working, we were given manager keys. We were given 1 towel. When we asked for more, there was a hair embedded in one of them. The sheets had stains. There were ants in the room. The floor was dirty. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling directly above the shower head. There was black stuff growing in various locations, and the door was peeling. The pool was low with one sad noodle floating in it. I called corporate and was given a refund. We did not sleep, but they were sold out of rooms. Very scary experience.

Horrible Booked for Nov. 12-14th. They cancelled my reservation on the 23rd of October due to not being opened to the public. I have called serval times since I payed in advance for a refund. I have yet to receive my refund and it now has been 24 days. I have talked to my bank and they did not receive anything on there end. They claim they sent the refund but my account does not reflect that and I think they are lying. Very upset.
