Sonesta Select Nashville Airport Suites

Great place to stay Excellent staff. I had gotten an airline voucher and they were more than accommodating. Clean and comfortable rooms, very nice bathrooms.. the breakfast was so so but hey you don’t come to eat food at a hotel, so it’s better than nothing……..

Incredible service, amazing food and dog friendly It’s the location for our family reunion often, and we all love it! The food is amazing, the service is beyond good and they are dog friendly which is all that really matters to me! An easy drive down a single in town road, to get to broadway/dowtown. Very convenient

Worst Hotel Experience The pool water is not clean, the pool area is not clean, electricity in the room did not work for the lights in half the room and they never clean the room even if you ask. With that said the staff is very friendly. It is also very close to the airport which is nice.

Disappointed We stayed at Sonesta Select Nashville for three nights. We were disappointed with the hotel which normally has great reviews but I will start with the pluses. The location was great for our needs. We spent a lot of time in the Opryland area and it was a quick drive to get there The staff was very friendly and welcoming The beds were extremely comfortable The pool was indoor and quite large. It was kept at a comfortable temperature Now for the bad- They were down to one working ice machine for several floors The pool while nice was rented out for swim lessons. We were still allowed to swim but felt like we needed to stay to one side of the pool so they could do their work The hotel elevators stunk strongly. Like it was a repulsive smell. I honestly think this was due to a lot of the people we saw staying here who honestly had the appearance of homeless. That’s all I will say on that particular subject. It did not feel like a family hotel The breakfast area was not kept well on weekdays. They were out of most everything and it was disgustingly filthy. I mean, bad. They really need a worker to man that in the mornings which they did have on the weekend and it was much better with him there We had a hard time getting fresh towels even when having the towel sign on the door early in the morning Felt the shower could have been cleaner Overall it was an okay stay for an affordable hotel but there are others at the same price point and a bit below who more than likely are better. Not sure I would stay at any Sonesta again.

Great hotel, location. Beautiful hotel, clean and roomy room, comfortable king size bed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Greatly priced. Off the beat and strip but off the expressway. The restaurant had great food, we shared the boom boom shrimp and brisket quesadilla. Great wine and sour beer. We will be back.
