Worst night on the whole trip Left okl stayed in coffeyville great motel went to Branson Missouri stayed 2 nights there paid less for that was great motel stayed one night in Nevada Missouri was the worst motel we stayed in no hot water tv would not change channels HAD to watch iD tv the whole time no pool the a/c took forever to cool down felt like I was on a basement the room smelled the soda machine was broke but conveniently they had soda for 2 dollars a can

Worst hotel experience Worst experience I have ever had. Hallways smelled like musty smoke. Room floor was stained, towels provided was stained, sheets were stained, shower curtain had mold. Charged me for 2 nights I only stayed 1 had 4 emails that showed only one night. Said they had to look at cctv to prove I left. Hello your maid was cleaning stripping our the minute we walked out our door, handed the key to front desk when I walked out. So how did I stay an additional night. Caused me overdraft fee and refused to do anything about other than refunding my 2 nite

Satisfied The staff where kind the room was very clean and the bed was very soft and comfortable. It was a very good night sleep I really appreciate the stay.

Short trip Was not told there would be a $23.00 charge to book online. Cigarette smoke in hotel, mattress terrible and toilet not secured to floor good. When you would use it and flushed it you could smell sewer gas in room. Only stayed there at night so I tolerated it.
