Great service We stayed at Fairfield Inn in New Bedford recently for a softball tournament. Nicole at the front desk was super helpful. She was so friendly. Our room was nice. After we got back from the game, she set up an area for us to congregate as a team, and kept asking if there was anything else we needed. She was great! The beds were really comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was yummy too. We walked down the street for food and ice cream and the views were really pretty.

Great Place!!! Great place! Our stay At The hotel was great! The staff was friendly and the Room was Perfect!! It was a great experience and we Loved Looking out of your window and seeing the pier!!_ All of up ur accommodations were Great! We We’re There for a wedding and the entire wedding party stayed here and they accommodated us all!! We’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay This Fairfield is clean with comfortable rooms. It is a 3 minute walk to the Seastreak Martha's Vineyard ferry. Our check-in associate, Larry was very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was filling with various options to start our day.

Girls night out I have to say I am very familiar with customer service and I am extremely impressed with Wanda's customer service.. Wow, talk about going above and beyond she was absolutely one of a kind. I would want her to be the pure example of what you want your brand to look like. She definitely needs to be in the front of the house because her presence is a beautiful thing. Thank you again for making four womens trip a beautiful memory. We will be back Diana Skidmore

Erin at the front desk is very rude! I had to cancel my hotel room due to an injury and couldn’t make the trip. I called way ahead of the 24 hour cancellation policy written in the website. Erin picked up the phone and told me I was being charged because it wasn’t in the 48 hour window. I had said according to your website it states cancellation has to be done within 24 hours. Erin said “well your being charged because the policy states 48 hours. The website is incorrect”. So I said “fine, I’ll will dispute the charge on the credit card” Erin then snapped back “are you threatening me?!” And I said, “yes, and your customer service skills are terrible!” And she said “well your people skills are terrible!!” I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes to wait for the manager. The manager was very nice, and had rectified the credit card charge and apologized for Erin’s behavior. I have never in my life been spoken to that way by someone in the customer service industry. If Erin hates her life so much then maybe she shouldn’t work at this hotel. Clearly, she needs some more customer service training.
