Horrible! Telephone number just rings & rings!!! I have tried multiple times each day & even emailed to GM & Sales addresses but didn’t receive anything back. How do they conduct business without a functioning phone service? Anyone else have this problem?

Neve stay in this hotel How awful is this hotel, let me count the ways 1. Stayed one night in July and the air conditioning was broken 2. The room was old and shabby wit no bathroom space for toiletries 3. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely tasteless 4. The front desk was completely unhelpful and lied saying the air conditioning was fixed and would take a few hours to cool off. It was oppressively got the entire night into morning

BAIT AND SWITCH I cant give less than one star or i would. Where do i begin… First upon entering the hotel, i was bowled over by a peutrid moldy, smoky smell that wasnt just in the lobby, but in the room as well. This hotel is running a classic bait and switch. Pics dont look anything like the current state its in. Wallpaper in the halls were peeling, coffee trays and candy wrappers in the common areas for 2 days, pool was closed for “maintenance” (for 2 months) Found 2 dead bugs in the halls. The courtyard had weeds growing all over. The radiator on the second floor was dangling off the wall . bathroom was nasty. This hotel is a total mess and should literally be demolished. Honestly, i even believe its a health hazard due to the stench. They must have a serious case of black mold or a dead body rotting somewhere. Thats how bad the smell was. Whoever rated this place more than one was star was either drunk, mentally challenged or a minimum wage employee asked to do so by the manager. Manager doesnt give a crap. He must get this all the time. By the way , there is a la quinta across the street that was way nicer and i believe the price was comparable.

Should have trusted the negative reviews Where do I begin. Lobby looks nice but that's where it ends. The bed was clean but felt like sleeping on box springs. I had to unplug the fridge because it was making a lot of noise. Toilet ran all night long. Bathroom was very minimally clean. Like they spent a total of 2 minutes wiping the sink and calling it a day. Hall ways, stairwells, elevator public areas all look like they seriously need updating. Stained hallway carpets and 2nd floor ice machine leaking so you had to walk across/through sopping wet carpet for about 10 feet. Front desk gave my adult son a key to my room without question at midnight. Front desk calls went straight to a full mailbox when I called down for more towels. The external access doors do not close properly or even lock.. ever. The pool has been closed for quite some time, its full but has brown chunks of who knows what at the bottom. Lastly the breakfast is served in what once was a very nice atrium by the closed/dirty pool and there are birds living in the rafters. So birds living over top of where breakfast is served is bad news to me. I did not partake in the breakfast for this fact when I checked out the area upon check in. I wish I had nicer tings to say but no one was at the desk when i checked out so I had no one one to discus my stay with. I had to just leave the key cards in a box. The condition of the hotel was quite the topic of discussion at the family reunion I was attending. Thankfully it was not held at the hotel. I am not a fancy person who needs a 5 star hotel but this place was extremely unsatisfactory for paying 465 for 2 nights.

Stay away!! I consider myself to be fair when I do reviews at the hotels my family and I visit. I don’t complain about pillows not being fluffy enough or just petty things. What I do complain is about the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel and room. This hotel was a last min option that I was hoping would meet all our needs, boy was I wrong. Customer service was smooth, but as soon as we entered our room, it was a different story. The hotel itself need maintenance, the rugs are dirty, the door of the rooms need painting. Once inside we noticed the curtains were broken and ripped, there was a whole on the bathroom ceiling. My husband had to put a towel to cover the hole in case there was a peeping Tom. There were spider webs in the hall ways and garbage bins were always full. I would definitely not be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone.
