Great location and good service Location was great service was also very very good . Only thing that was not great was the mini bar which was half empty when o arrived ( no problem at all) I called down to let them know the front desk said they took a note …. But at check out they wanted to charge me for the missing items …. Having said that they removed the charges as soon as I asked. Everything else was excellent lively rooms good food , good service and loved the gym.

Great experience! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were all friendly. Great location- right on the parade route, Near Bourbon street. Plenty of dining in the hotel and around. The value was great! I would def go back!

Nice play to stay close to the action Breakfast is amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly. Gives you the New Orleans feel. Super helpful super clean super well located. Really good time. And they have amazing location for the parades.

Parades Parades Parades As always, everything was great. Atmosphere, staff, the room, the grandstands… no complaints. Of course, an update would be helpful but things are fine just the way they are, for now.

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff. It was a nice hotel and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They texted me right away to make sure everything was ok. And when I asked for a few more hangers, we had them in 10 minutes. When we checked in they asked if we were celebrating anything. It was my spouses birthday. They surprised us with a fruit bowl. They went the extra mile and were very friendly and engaging. I would definitely stay again. The only issue and this wasn’t the hotels fault but if your staying around Mardi Gras time, be aware iof the parades. Two of them went around the hotel which made it challenging to get to.
