Great stay! We stayed in Courtyard #3 room. Clean, roomy, and a large bathroom with stand up shower and jacuzzi tub. Great location just 1 block from the St. Charles trolley in the Garden District. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Free parking on the street near the entrance. We'd definitely stay here again.

Took our money and ran! BEWARE of the new owners, if they ever open again. We had a group of 11 people with 7 rooms booked here for April 2023 and they canceled our reservation with only 2 weeks to find other accommodations. Worse yet, they have never refunded our $2,700 payment and won't communicate with us. Don't trust them!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE. I booked Magnolia Mansion on November 11th and on April 9th I got an email stating, "As requested, we have cancelled your reservation." I called and asked what that was about since I did not cancel my reservation because they had pipe issues. The guy at the desk told me that in order to get my money back he had to personally cancel it and that my money will be here in 3-5 business days. It is May and I still do not have my money back? I have called MULTIPLE times, left voicemails, sent multiple emails and NOTHING. I called the Louisiana Welcome Center and they said that MM had "electrical issues".....electrical issues and pipe issues are two different things, so which one is it? I have also filled out the paperwork for Better Business Bureau for SCAMMING PEOPLE! I will not stop calling until I get my money back. Hopefully someone from MM checks their reviews :) Go read the Facebook reviews of this awful place.

AVOID - Absolutely Horrible Booked in January-Paid in full by March 16 for April 12 check in. Arrived to find gates chained. Had Gotten confirmation from Host for arrival 3 days prior, April 9. Their website said they had been closed since March 9 and no communication from host at all regarding closure. It was French Quarter Festival weekend and hotels were at premium prices and limited availability. We were stuck without a place to stay, at night, 2 states from home. Neighborhood was heavily gang tagged and homeless tent cities were everywhere. AirBnB helped get cancellation, but we were out the money for days and still had to find a place to sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE. After everything, Host still has not apologized for problems. Ended up paying nearly 2x as much for hotel in city. They do not care about their guests and the neighborhood was loud and a little scary. Spend the extra and go somewhere else reputable.

New Orleans style and grace The Mansion is oozing New Orleans charm and even better then we had anticipated. _ From the moment we arrived our host Micheal, treated us like welcome and missed members of the family! When we return for our next visit we won’t hesitate to book here and we are excited to see what improvements they make.
